Pour information et si cela peut aider d'autres personnes, voici que j'ai fait en vbs
Dim objExplorer : Set objExplorer = WScript.CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application", "IE_")
With objExplorer
.Offline =True
.Left = (intHorizontal+100)/2
.Top = (intVertical)
.Navigate "[URL à renseigner]"
.ToolBar = 0
.StatusBar = 0
.Width = 1280
.Height = 450
.Visible = 1
.Resizable = 1
end with
Il faut jouer avec les paramètres Top, Left, Width et Height selon l'endroit ou vous voulez que la fenêtre s'exécute.
