Lors du démarrage du pc tu tapotte sur le touche F8, puis dans la liste qui va s'afficher, tu sélectionne l'option : Dernière configuration valide connue (option avancée), et tu reboot.

Sinon, si tu a le temps avant le plantage, essai d'installer ca : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/23795-whocrashed-free-home-edition/
