as tu au moins chercher ?
tu peux utiliser datepicker de jqueryui (cf : https://jqueryui.com/datepicker/ )
je te laisse voir la doc par toi même !
n'oublie pas de marqué en résolu si tel est le cas...

j'ai fait le calendrier avec autre methode mais il reste le meme probleme

non j'ai pas un message d'erreur .
quand je choisis la date a partir du calendrier elle s'enregistre dans la base mais sous la forme des 00000
