Virus qui m'empeche de voir mes fichiers sur d'autres pc

Bonjour,

slut a vous tous
depuis qlq jours je mn pc a ete attaque par un virus qui :
1- cree un raccourcie qui regroupe tous mes fichiers ( pas de prb)
2- je ne parviens pas a voir mes fichiers sauf sur ce pc .... alors apres que j'ai formaté ce pc infecté je ne parviens plus a voir mes fihiers

bonjour, tu parle de fichier sur un support amovible ?? pourquoi avoir formater le pc avec un virus qui te transformait tes fichiers en raccourcis car si tu n'as maintenant que des raccourcis et que les fichier originaux était sur le pc que tu as formater tu as plus rien !! bon on va essayer de voire si usbfix arrive à régler le problème de la clé , mais pas garantie que tu ais tes fichiers récupérable !!



# Téléchargez UsbFix (créé par El Desaparecido) sur votre Bureau.

# Si votre antivirus affiche une alerte, ignorez-la et désactivez l'antivirus temporairement.
# Branchez toutes vos sources de données externes à votre PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.
# Double cliquez sur UsbFix.exe.

# Cliquez sur Suppression

# Laissez travailler l'outil.

# À la fin du scan, un rapport va s'afficher, postez-le dans votre prochaine réponse sur le forum.

# Le rapport est aussi sauvegardé à la racine du disque système ( C:\UsbFix.txt ).

pour bien expliquer : les fichiers sont present sur mon usb mais je ne parviens pas a les consulter sauf sur le pc infecté ..... dans un autre pc quand j'ouvre l 'usb il me dir le dossier est vide ( 0 elements) alors qu'il est plen de fichiers

bonjour, fais cela https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-28858227-virus-qui-m-empeche-de-voir-mes-fichiers-sur-d-autres-pc#3 et si ta clé est bien infecté il faudra faire cela aussi sur les pc ou elle a été connecté car tu as véroller les autre pc !!!

ok mais passes usbfix sur l'autre pc ou tu as connecter ta clé car possible qu'il(s) soit infecté aussi !!
