Demarrage

Bonjour,
le démarrage de mon ordinateur portable est très lent c'est un dell inspiron 9400.
je sais via ccleaner désactiver un programme, ce que je sais pas, c'est quels programmes je dois désactiver. En voici la liste, qui pourra m'aider . merci
