PC très lent, Problème avec Firefox

Bonjour,

Depuis quelque jour firefox est devenu très lent. Les vidéos sont saccadées sur youtube et dailymotion (idem pour la musique sur deezer). Aujourd'hui c'est le PC en entier qui est devenu extrêmement lent.

Contrairement a ce que dis FISQ, il n'y a pas possibilité de te localiser à travers un rapport. Libre à lui de s'amuser à tirer des conclusions de ce qu'il a pu comprendre.
Ce ne sont pas des remarques constructives !

Guillaume5188 t'a pris en charge, il est parfaitement compétent et devrait revenir vers toi dans la soirée.
N'oublie pas que nous sommes des bénévoles, certains ont un job et une vie privée, alors patience !

Ouvre ce lien et télécharge ZHPDiag de Nicolas Coolman :

en bas de la page ZHP avec un numéro de version.

Une fois le téléchargement achevé,

Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ; Seven ou Windows 8 clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »


Clique sur la loupe avec le signe + pour lancer l'analyse.

Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.

Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.

Regarde sur le bureau

Bonjour

Télécharge AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode ) sur ton bureau.
Lance le, clique sur [Suppression] puis patiente le temps du scan.
Lorsque le message indiquant qu'AdwCleaner a détecté une variante spécifique d'adware s'affiche, clique sur [OK]
- L'ordinateur va redémarrer tout seul. Redémarre-le en mode normal.
- AdwCleaner s'ouvrira normalement, avec comme seul choix possible [Suppression]
- Clique dessus, puis patiente pendant la suppression.
- Une fois la suppression effectuée, AdwCleaner t'invitera à redémarrer l'ordinateur
- Au redémarrage, un rapport s'ouvrira. Poste le sur le forum.


Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

Par contre il ne s'est pas réouvert de lui même après le premier démarrage. C'est normal?
Et là mon ordi est devenu extrêmement lent au point que quand j'écris le message je tape plus vite qu'il n'écrit (et je tape lentement).

Je fais le ménage dans mes toolbar.

Télécharge Malwaresbytes anti malware ici
https://www.malwarebytes.com/

* Installe le (choisis bien "français" ; ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .

* Potasse le tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :

(cela dis, il est très simple d'utilisation).

relance Malwaresbytes en suivant scrupuleusement ces consignes :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

* Lance Malwarebyte's. Sous Vista ;Seven ou Windows 8 (clic droit de la souris « exécuter en tant que administrateur »)

*Procèdes à une mise à jour

*Fais un examen dit "Complet"

--> Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
--> à la fin tu cliques sur "Afficher les résultats" " .
--> Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " supprimer la sélection " .

Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !


Poste le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwaresbytes, le dernier en date)

FISQS je comprends t'as remarque et je suis conscient du problème que tu soulèves. J'essaye de régler les problèmes sur mon PC par moi même et dans la plus part des cas j'y arrive. Mais la je n'y arrive pas et j'apprécie grandement l'aide de la communauté de CCM.
Maintenant si on pouvait revenir au problème de départ.

Bonjour,

Au niveau de la vitesse il n'y a rien à dire c'est vraiment efficace!! Mon PC remarche normalement.
Par contre dès que j'ouvre une vidéo ou une page un peu grosse ça plante.
Est ce que ça pourrait être ma version de flash player qui est dépassée ou quelque chose comme ça? Est ce que ça vos le coup que je le réinstalle?

Pour vérifier les mises à jour logiciels à appliquer sur ton PC

Divers liens te seront proposés pour les logiciels non à jour.

Bonjour,

Je suis allé sur le site et quand je démarre le scan ce message apparait:

"There might be problems loading the Java Applet in your browser. If you are sure that Java is installed (version 1.6.x or later) and functional, then please press OK to proceed anyway."

Et le scan ne démarre pas même si je clique sur OK.

Commence par installer Java
Et ensuite tu procèdes avec Sécunia.
