Freeze PC problème UC ?Fermé

Bonjour,

Mon PC freeze très régulièrement. Si je regarde une vidéo, le son continue d'être en fonction par contre l'image saute. Si je suis sur internet ou sur word, il freeze, il ne note pas ce que j'écris et dès qu'il se débloque, il note tout d'un coup. Les programmes "ne répondent pas" pendant quelques secondes. Les période de freeze peuvent durer plus de 10 minutes.

Le PC m'affiche parfois un écran bleu avec "dumping crash memory" ou un truc dans ce goût là, puis il redémarre automatiquement (ça arrive en gros une fois par jour).

J'ai regardé le gestionnaire de tâche pendant un freeze et il indique que l'UC n'est utilisée qu'entre 0 et 15% de manière très irrégulière (ce qui doit correspondre au passage d'une image à l'autre pendant une vidéo par exemple).

J'ai réalisé un memtest de 1 heure ou deux et il n'y a aucun soucis.

Avez-vous une piste pour savoir quelle pièce je dois changer ?

en général cela vient de la ram 

tente d'enlever les ram puis les remettre ou en utiliser qu'une pour voir

mets à jour les pilotes aussi et fais un scan du disque comme cela

bonjour
personnelement, etant victime du (presque) le meme probleme, j'ai du reinstaller le PC pour que ça remarche
mais avant de le faire, je te conseille de scanner ton PC avec des antivirus, un antimalware et anti adware
comme ça, s'il y'a une infection par hasard, tu peux l'éradiquer
sinon tu as la sulution HijackThis

Merci pour ces réponses, je vais tester les pistes de jlpjlp car j'ai déjà réinstallé le PC en config sortie d'usine plusieurs fois, dont une fois sur le deuxième DD. Rien à changé !

Il m'a sorti une vingtaine de crashs, voici les deux derniers :
Le problème c'est qu'il a freezé plein de fois depuis le 17/09 (par contre pas d'écran bleu depuis il me semble car je ne m'en suis pas servi)

J'ai mis à jour les pilotes de la carte graphique et du processeur. Les températures avec crystaldiskinfo semblent bonnes (41°C)

Je poursuis les pistes que tu me recommandes !

Alors,

J'ai fait un checkdisk,...ça a duré 2heures ! impossible de trouver le résultat, pourtant j'ai trouvé un tuto qui explique comment retrouver les résultats avec la commande eventvwr mais il n'y a rien ! Je retesterai demain.

J'ai fait la manip pour les transferts de mémoires gérées par le système et j'ai l'impression que je n'ai plus de freeze pour le moment (depuis 10 min, ce qui est déjà exceptionnel !)

A demain pour de nouvelles aventures...

J'ai également testé mon processeur avec OCCT. Tout est OK, il l'a bien stressé et température, tension et UC impec.

Je pense que je vais essayé de changer les barrettes de RAM. Comment les choisir ?

tente d'inverser les barrettes ou de les mettre sur un autre emplacement si possible

sinon

si tu as deux barrettes tente de demarrer avec une seule puis l'autre pour voir si cela perssite

Bon ben les freezes continuent, c'était un faux espoir.

Je teste tes manips avec les barrettes, je donne les infos demain j'ai l'après-midi, je vais avoir le temps de tester.

Salut,

J'ai fait tourner toute la nuit hot cpu tester pro. Il ne détecte aucune erreur alors qu'au début du test, j'avais des pages internet ouvertes qui buguées.

Je ne comprends rien...

Bon ben,... j'ai testé les deux barrettes l'une après l'autre et j'ai eu un freeze avec les 2.

J'en peux plus ! j'ai exploré toutes les pistes je ne sais pas quoi faire maintenant.

si tu as tout remis d'usine cela laisse penser à un souci de matériel maintenant pas évident:  

voir dans le bios que la fréquence est bien configurée pour la ram, le processeur

sinon un court circuit ? voir les câbles et les branchement sinon un souci de carte mère... pas évident  

tente de repasser whocrashed pour voir le rapport

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 


télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

et enregistre le sur le bureau. 

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Je vais devoir faire ça dimanche soir, je suis en déplacement tout le week-end. Je ne vais donc pas pouvoir utiliser mon fixe.

Tu soupçonnes un virus ? Combofix à l'air assez violent, je ne suis pas sûr de ne pas faire de conneries mais bon, ça me saoule tellement ces bugs...

Tu parlais aussi de la carte mère mais je l'ai déjà testé avec hot cpu tester. 6 heures de test, pas d'erreur.

Pour le processeur, OCCT 30 minutes de test (le test auto), pas de souci non plus.

Whocrashed ne me donne pas de nouveau crash depuis la dernière fois. Il ne considère pas les freezes comme des crashs.

Quelle galère...

Tout est à jour... je perds espoir.

Ce qui est bizarre c'est que pendant ces "freezes", la souris est encore active et que si je passe la souris sur un des dossiers de mon bureau par exemple, il le passe en "clair" ce qui montre que c'est encore actif, mais par contre impossible d'ouvrir le dossier. Les programmes ne répondent plus.

J'ai fait tourner PC clenner pro. Il m'indique qu'il y a plus de 2000 erreurs dont un nombre non négligeable dans les registres et dans les performances du système.

Il me semble que ce genre de logiciel est assez risqué mais est-ce que ça vaut le coup de poursuivre sur cette piste ?

depuis quand tu as pc cleaner pro? avant les plantages ou pas?  car je pense qu'il est néfaste: vire le et voit si le pc va mieux

pour nettoyer il vaut mieux utiliser ccleaner, glary utility , wise registry cleaner par exemple


maintenant comme tu dis avoir formaté le pc et tout réinstallé! donc tout remis à plat et malgré cela les plantages persistent ce qui veut dire qu'un nettoyage du registre ne changera rien aux plantages

Je l'ai depuis hier soir, j'avais un message ds le centre de maintenance windows. Lorsque j'ai cliqué sur le lien il y avait une mise à jour à faire mais j'avais une errer. En tapant le code de l'erreur sur google j'ai trouvé un site qui disait que ce logiciel pouvait réparer l'erreur.

J'ai remarqué aussi qu'avec les jeux il ne freezait jamais (jeux vidéo de moto etc...). Je ne sais pas si cela peut t'être utile ?

Non il ne plante pas quand je joue.

Il plante quand je suis sur internet, quand je bosse sur word. Les freezes font buguer windows media player (le son continue mais je peux plus afficher la page ou changer de piste)

C'est à dire la quasi totalité de mes activités finalement.

mais au vu des rapports zhpdiag, du formatage éffectué, des mises à jour logiciels ... un souci materiel semble être la cause

regarde l'utilisation de la mémoire vive pendant tes activités pour voir si elle est beaucoup utilisé pendant tes jeux ou pas... pour s'orienter vers la ram eventuellement

maintenant sans tester une autre RAM, un autre processeur... pas facile de trouver l'origine... commence par nettoyer le pc et enlever la poussière

J'imagine effectivement que le diagnostic est difficile à distance !

Quand il y a des freezes, le gestionnaire de tâches m'indique que l'UC est utilisée à 0%, 2%, 5%,... très peu utilisée.

Pourtant tous les tests que j'ai fait avec OCCT ou CPU tester pro n'indiquent rien de particulier. J'ai essayé avec une seule des deux barrettes de RAM et les freezes sont toujours là.

Je doute que ce soit le DD qui est endommagé puisque j'ai fait l'installation de win 7 sur 2 DD différents. A moins que ce soit le K:// qui bug.

Quand il y a des freezes on dirait que le PC est à bloc et il fait des "bruits" comme quand il charge quelque chose.

se recoupe un problème de periphérique et de ram  : tente de démarrer en virant le maximum de périphérique (dont carte reseau...) , mettre à jour tous les pilotes (mais déjà fait). sinon trouver une ram equivalente sur un autre pc pour tenter de voir si cela règle le problème

Je fais tourner un memtest ce matin. Là je suis au bolot. Il faut que je le laisse tourner combien de temps ?

J'ai l'impression que ça vient du fichier minidump en fait le problème.
Lorsque je retire ce dossier (je le déplace et renomme sur le bureau), j'ai les freezes puissance 10. Dans une fiche explicative que tu m'as envoyé, il était marqué que ce dossier devait se refaire automatiquement et ce n'est pas le cas chez moi ! De plus, ce dosier ne contient qu'une vingtaine de fichier dmp mais pas de fichier wr31 (ou un truc comme ça) comme il est indiqué dans l'explication.

de rien mais dans ton cas pas de solution sans tester des pièces autres (RAM, CPU, Alimentation...)

J'ai tout testé avec OCCT, CPU tester pro, memtest... Je vais désosser un autre PC et faire des échanges de pièces, on verra si je trouve une autre cause.
(Faut que je trouve un PC quoi..)
