Comment désinfecter virus win32 : VBCrypt-Do

Bonjour,

Je voudrai savoir comment je pourrai désinfecter mon pc, car il rame de plus en plus, il s'éteint quand il veux, ouvre les programme selon son humeur. suite à plusieurs scans au démarrage avec avast! il m'as trouvé NSIS : Adware-dr que je n'est pas pu ni supprimé ni mettre en quarantaine puis il c'est éteint au démarrage. Ensuite il m'as trouvé win32 : VBCrypt-Do également impossible a supprimé ou mettre en 40taine.

Merci d'avance pour toutes les aides qui pourront mettre donné.

salut desactive avast

desactive l'autosandbox dans son interface

▶ Téléchargez UsbFix (créé par El Desaparecido) sur votre Bureau.

▶ Si votre antivirus affiche une alerte, ignorez-la et désactivez l'antivirus temporairement.
▶ Branchez toutes vos sources de données externes à votre PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.
▶ Double cliquez sur UsbFix.exe.

▶ Cliquez sur Suppression.
▶ Laissez travailler l'outil.

▶ À la fin du scan, un rapport va s'afficher, postez-le dans votre prochaine réponse sur le forum.

▶ Le rapport est aussi sauvegardé à la racine du disque système ( C:\UsbFix.txt ).

Merci pour la rapidité de ta réponse j'ai désactivé avast mais chrome ne veux téléchargé ton lien il m'affiche en bas a gauche un panneau sens interdit a coté duquel est écrit ce fichier semble être malveillant. Je ne sais comment faire?

j'ai résolu ce problème une petit flèche a droite de la fenêtre de téléchargement.

Attention : cet outil peut etre détecté à tort comme virus

tous les processus "non vitaux de windows" vont être coupés , enregistre ton travail.

Désactive toutes tes protections si possible , antivirus , sandbox , etc....

telecharge et enregistre Pre_Scan sur ton bureau :

Avertissement :Il y aura une extinction du bureau pendant le scan --> pas de panique.

une fois telechargé lance-le , laisse faire le scan jusqu'à l'apparition de "Pre_scan_la_date_et_l'heure.txt" sur le bureau.

si l'outil est relancé plusieurs fois , il te proposera un menu et qu'aucune option n'est demandée, lance l'option "Kill"

si l'outil est bloqué par l'infection utilise cette version avec extension .pif :

si l'outil detecte un proxy et que tu n'en as pas installé clique sur "supprimer le proxy"

Il se peut qu'une multitude de fenêtres noires clignotent , laisse-le travailler

Poste Pre_Scan_la_date_et_l'heure.txt qui apparaitra sur le bureau en fin de scan


NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM !!! (il est trop long)

Heberge le rapport sur http://pjjoint.malekal.com puis donne le lien obtenu en echange sur le forum où tu te fais aider

Si possible , confirme ou infirme l'utilisation de Defogger par Pre_Scan

J'ai essayé les deux, dans tous les cas la fenêtre reste bloqué au moment du scan de "Firefox extension". J'ai chaque fois attendu une demi heure mais ne se passe, la bar de progression reste vide. Avast et sa scan-box étant désactivé est-ce normale?

je revérifie tous avast avant chaque lancement ou téléchargement je désactive toute les protections résidentiel une à une avec l'option jusqu'aux prochain redémarrage et la scanbox je la controle mais je t'avoueré que depuis la première fois ou tu me la faites désactivé je ne l'est pas remise.

Euh si des fois quand je clic droit sur le bureau une fenetre "acer e data sécurity management" s'ouvre en même temps qu'une fenetre "windows installer". Mais c'est un vieux démon deux ou trois fois sur annulé et tous redevient normale.

▶ enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."

sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

Pour info le scan a été fait avec Avast en fonctionnement mais sans la scan-box comme tu ne m'avais rien dit je n'est pas désactivé.

Lance le,

(Pour vista et seven => clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur")

clique sur suppression et poste son rapport.

Bizarrement je préfère quant tu commence tes message par "chouette" plutôt que "mon dieu quelle poubelle numérique :!!!!"

fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.


▶ Télécharge ici :

Malwarebytes

▶ Installe le ( choisis bien "francais" ; ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .

relance malwarebytes en suivant scrupuleusement ces consignes :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

▶ Lance Malwarebyte's .

Fais un examen dit "Complet" .

▶ Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
▶ à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
▶ Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " suppression " .

▶ Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !


▶ Poste le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date)

je l'ai lancé deux fois mais il plante mon pc au bout de 20 a 25 minutes, il redémarre tous seul et il n'y a pas d'option "résultat" et dans l'onglet rapport le dernier date du 22/05/2012.

De ma propre initiative j'ai désinstallé Malwarebyte's, puis redémarrer, puis re-télécharger, ré-installer, et relancé un scan comme demandé et finalement voici le rapport :

Avast me demande une mise a jour logiciel. Ma question est surement idiote mais je prefere demander doit je la faire ou attendre la fin de la désinfection?
