Problème pc neuf crash dump

Bonjour, Voilà c'est la première fois que je viens sur un forum pour un problème informatique.
Je vous explique la situation je viens d'acheté un pc de marque médion
des son utilisation quelques heures après l'avoir mis en route il as commencé a s'éteindre aléatoirement j'ai fait toute les mise a jour windows etc remis aux paramètre d'usine rien ne fonctionne alors j'ai installé Whocrashed et vois ce qu'il me dit j'espère avoir des réponse positive et merci de m'accordé de votre temps
