Plus de son après l'installation d'un pilote

Bonjour, après des heures de recherches sur internet, impossible de résoudre mon problème: depuis que j'ai installé des pilotes audio sur mon ordi (xps 15 l502x)plus aucun son ne sort alors je vous ai mis un rapport everest a tout hazard pour vous aider a m'aiguiller

déroules la petite flèche

clic sur " numéro d'identification du matériel"

tu l'as copiée/collée ou tu l'a écrit toi même?

j'ai copier coller, je suis aller dans gestionnaire des périphérique, contrôleur audio video et jeu et j'ai click droit sur realtek high definition audio puis ce tu m'a dit de faire

au pire, tu supprime le matériel et tu redémarre ton pc et il va le réinstaller.
