il y a bien longtemps que j'ai supprimé win antivirus; j'ai quand meme vérifié dans ajouter/supprimer programmes;je suppose qu'il ne veut pas partir;d'autant plus qu'un scan m'a indiquée que wapCHK.dll était infecté par win32 ADW. Or, quand j'ai cliqué sur "rechercher antivirus", il y avait avast et win antivirus; et en cliquant sur win antivirus, je suis tombée sur wapchk.dll; la boucle était bouclée...

Evaluation de votre log créé par HijackThis
Hijackthis est un programme qui aide à détecter toute sorte de spywares et autre malwares qui ont pu s’incruster dans votre système. Le registre et le disque dur sont scannés et toutes les informations intéressantes pour l’analyse sont affichées par le programme. Après avoir scanné votre système, vous avez la possibilité de sauvegarder cette liste sous forme de fichier texte. Ce log ainsi créé n’est utile que si l’utilisateur est capable de distinguer les inscriptions incorrectes/dangereuses de celles qui sont normales et même vitales pour le système, car Hijackthis n’offre pas de description des inscriptions analysées. Jusqu’à maintenant, le seul moyen d’obtenir une analyse compétente était de présenter le log dans un forum et de demander l’aide d’un utilisateur plus expérimenté. Le script qui vous est présenté sur cette page permet une évaluation de l’analyse crée par Hijackthis, ce qui permet à chacun d’analyser son log de par soi-même, sans dépendre de l’aide de quelqu’un d’autre. Pour cela, il suffit simplement de copier le contenu de votre log ci-dessous. Hijackthis ne nécessite aucune installation et peut être téléchargé gratuitement ici:

effectivement j'avais envoyé un message sur l'autre forum;j'avais pas vu que tu m'avais contacté;désolée!

j'ai donc fait ce que tu m'as dit au sujet de:regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

et effectivement :DllRegisterServer and DllInstall dans SHELL32.DLL réussi."

qu'est-ce que je peux faire maintenant?

Je viens seulement de recevoir ton message concernant les logiciels en double: concernant spybot,il me refuse les mises à jour!

quant à avaast, click gauche,test de mémoire directement puis plus rien; click droit, plantage et obligée de redémarrer manuellement le pc; à ce propos, quand il redémarre, le message de bienvenue apparait rapidement avec le message d'erreur outpost firewall( avec mon papier peint) et ensuite, il faut bien 4 à 5 minutes pour avoir les icones sur le bureau, mais sans papier peint et impossible de restaurer desktop!

je comprends pourquoi tu m'as dit "bon courage" après m'avoir demandé de scanner avec Kaspersky;çà en a mis du temps pour tout scanner;et en plus il n'a détecté aucun malware nulle part!

en ce qui concerne spybot,je l'ai téléchargé et éxécuté mais rien ne s'est passé et je ne sais donc pas comment scanner;j'ai quand meme fait un click droit mais çà a planté évidemment!

ensuite,pour le message d'erreur d'oupost firewall pro: signalez ce problème à Agnitum: erreur:

C:\Program files\Agnitum\Outpost Firewall\Log\Feedback\feedback.zip

quant à Avast, lorsque je double-clique dessus,il met en route directement le test de mémoire et quand il a fini,avast disparait;alors là aussi je ne sais pas quoi faire pour le bouclier web puisqu'il n'y a plus rien!

J'ai réussi à désinstaller outpost firewall ,j'ai redémarré et devine:

le pc a démarré normalement, les click droits ouvrent les dossiers.
Bravo pour ta perspicacité; la seule chose qui ne marche pas c'est la restauration desktop,toujours pas de papier peint.

T'as pas une idée des fois?
