Bonjour, je suis infecté par le virus sinowal@mbr[rtk] détecté par avast ms il ne me propose aucune action à effectuer. Que dois je faire? J'ai lu les différents forums sur le sujet et pr être franc je ne comprends pas grand chose. Quelqu'un peut il faire une petite aide perso??

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
Mets le à jour, fais un scan, supprime tout et poste le rapport ici.

Les antivirus ne font pas tout en ce qui concerne la sécurité de ta machine (mettre à jour ses logiciels etc etc)
La meilleur protection reste de connaître les infections pour pouvoir les éviter et avoir de bonne habitude.
Donc faut se documenter.

Donc c'est bon la je n'ai plus de virus c'est ca?
Mais je fais quoi maintenant des logiciels que je viens d'installer, des rapports..,?
et j'ai lu que ce virus servait à intercepter les codes que je pourrais me servir, c vrai? je dois les changer?
Dois je reformater mon pc au cas ou? scanner mes disques amovibles?
dois remplacer spybot par un autre logiciel? et dans ce cas comment être sur que les sauvegarde que spybot a fait ne va pas interférer avec le nouveau programme (j'ai eu le cas une fois)?
en tt cas je vais lire tout ce que tu mas donné, essayer d'enlever les toolbars et faire plus attention et je crois que je te dois un grand merci alors.

il peut voler les mots de passe oui, par sécurité, change les.

Malwarebyte remplace Spybot.
Pas besoin de formater puisqu'on a éradiqué l'infection.

Pour le reste, voir les liens pour sécuriser et comprendre les infections pour les éviter.

excuse de te rederanger mais j'essaie de suppirmer les toolbards mais à chaque fois on me dit que mon accés est refusé et je c pas quoi faire. et ton lien /faq/13362-mettre-a-jour-son-pc-contre-les-failles-de-securite ne fonctionne plus. Enfin la c'est moins grave mais si tu as encore 5 min merci

les barres d'outils se désinstallent comme tout programme.

donc programmes et fonctionnalités du panneau de configuration.

D'autre part, t'as Windows Vista SP1 :

Ton Windows n'est pas à jour, il contient des failles de sécurités, les virus passent par ces failles pour infecter ton ordinateur.
Ton Windows est donc [b]vulnérable[/b] et peut permettre l'infection de ton PC.
