svp analyse RSIT problème dossier babylonRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour, 

je n'arrive pas à supprimer le dossier BABYLON dans program files
le reste est dans la corbeille y compris unwize.exe
j'ai fait uninstall / essayé dans ajout et suppression il n'y est pas
mais je le vois dans RSIT
apparemment il ne ressort dans rapport Hijackthis
pouvez-vous m'aider à supprimer ce récalcitrant ?

on va passer par OTL :

Télécharge ici :OTL

&#9654 enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." 

sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

&#9654 Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

&#9654 Coche la case devant tous les utilisateurs

&#9654 règle age du fichier sur "60 jours"

&#9654 dans la moitié gauche , mets tout sur "tous"

ne modifie pas ceci : 

"fichiers créés" et "fichiers Modifiés" 

&#9654Clic sur Analyse.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)

si tu lances VLC , il devrait te dire qu'il y a une mise a jour de dispo , tu le telecharges , tu installes la nouvelle , elle desinstallera l autre automatiquement

En fait, pour VLC j'avais oublié d'enregistrer etc...donc j'ai tout désinstallé VIDELAN  et réinstallé la nouvelle version.
normalement c'est tout bon.

j'ai un autre problème :

après ces derniers mois après remplacement moniteur j'avais été obligée de tout réinstaller, suite à la mise à zéro de mon ordi.

j'ai essayé de réinstaller ma webcam spc520 PHILIPS qui date de 2007 j'ai suivi les instructions du cd d'installation fourni à cette époque et j'ai fait redémarrage avant de brancher avec usb sur ma tour.
on me dit nouveau matériel détecté et prêt à fonctionner !
OK j'avais une personne de ma famille connectée je fais un essai de conversation
vidéo, et déjà ma fenêtre est rose et juste après j'ai un écran bleu :
Voici ce qu'il disait :

un problème a été détecté et windows a été arrêté afin de prevenir tout dommage sur votre ordinateur

si vous voyez cet écran d'erreur d'arrêt pour la première fois.
redémarrez votre ordinateur.
Si cet écran apparait encore, suivez ces étapes :
assurez-vous que tout nouveau matériel ou logiciel est installé correctement.
s'il s'agit d'une nouvelle installation, consultez votre fabricant de matériel ou de logiciel.

Je n'ai pas réussi à avoir de l'aide comme çà.
mais bon peut-être que je finirais par avoir une solution.
de toutes façons je l'avais désinstallé depuis le courant mai 2010
même avec l'ancien moniteur, mais toujours après remise à zéro de l'ordi et mises à jour etc...
je ne sais plus quoi faire !
mais ce n'est pas bien grave !

mais si mon windows n'accepte pas celle-ci
je ne peux prendre le risque de tout déballer avec une autre cam et que çà n'aille toujours pas.
pourtant elle a bien marché 3 ans au moins !

est-ce que j'ai mal fait les mises à jour ? depuis la réinstallation ? 
Je ne sais pas quoi penser.

faut-il faire appel à un technicien qui v a déjà me prendre rien que pour venir chez moi 70euros et sans rien régler !!!!
