Virus bloque tous mes logiciels et antivirusRésolu/Fermé

Question

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.3

Bonjour,

J'ai choppé un virus qui bloque absolument tout sur mon PC, antivir, et tous mes logiciels, et également tout ce qui pourrait m'aider à m'en débarrasser hijackthis, findykill, malwarebyte's,... 

Je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire, est-ce que quelqu'un connaitrait un moyen de bloquer ce virus????

Vu les symptômes, je crains que ce soit Virut  
Tu vas copier et imprimer cette procédure 

Essaye ceci pour voir  
 Télécharge Dr Web CureIt sur ton Bureau :  

ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe  

Redémarre ton PC en mode sans échec 
Après le chargement du BIOS et avant que Windows se charge, 
appuie sur la touche f8, et maintient la un peu enfoncé 
Ensuite sélectionne mode sans échec, et 
appuie sur la touche entrée 


- Double clique drweb-cureit.exe et ensuite clique sur Analyse;  

- Clique Ok à l'invite de l'analyse rapide. S'il trouve des processus infectés alors clique le bouton Oui.  
Note : une fenêtre s'ouvrira avec options pour "Commander" ou "50% de réduction" : Quitte en cliquant le "X".  
- Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, clique sur le menu Options puis Changer la configuration ; Choisis l'onglet Scanner, et décoche Analyse heuristique. Clique ensuite sur Ok.  
- De retour à la fenêtre principale : clique pour activer Analyse complète  
- Clique le bouton avec flèche verte sur la droite, et le scan débutera.  
- Clique Oui pour tout à l'invite Désinfecter ? lorsqu'un fichier est détecté, et ensuite clique Désinfecter.  
- Lorsque le scan sera complété, regarde si tu peux cliquer sur l' icône, adjacente aux fichiers détectés (plusieurs feuilles l'une sur l'autre). Si oui, alors clique dessus et ensuite clique sur l'icône Suivant, au dessous, et choisis Déplacer en quarantaine l'objet indésirable.  
- Du menu principal de l'outil, au haut à gauche, clique sur le menu Fichier et choisis Enregistrer le rapport. Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv  
- Ferme Dr.Web Cureit  
- Redémarre ton ordi (important car certains fichiers peuvent être déplacés/réparés au redémarrage).  
- Suite au redémarrage, poste (Copie/Colle) le contenu du rapport de Dr.Web dans ta prochaine réponse.

Tu as un rogue faux anti-spyware qui s'est installé sans autorisation 
Je vois le problème, c'est le rogue qui bloque tout, et tu dois avoir un rootkit 

Tu vas faire ceci 
Avant de commencer, fait une sauvegarde de tous tes documents 
Attention, cet outil n'est pas à utiliser à la légère, et doit 
être recommandé que par une personne formée à cet outil 
Imprime la procédure 

 Télécharge ComboFix de sUBs sur ton Bureau : 
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et DESACTIVE TOUTES LES DEFENSES, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\ 
---> Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe 
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie... Clique sur oui pour accepter 
Surtout, accepte d'installer la console de récupération 
---> Mets-le en langue française F 
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 

 Ne touche à rien(souris, clavier) tant que le scan n'est pas terminé, car tu risques de figer ton PC 

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire. 

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu 

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\ 

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt 


Si cela bloque, j'ai d'autres armes en réserve
je reviendrai dans l'après-midi

Bravo à toi et à Combo fix, Il semblerait que ça marche, au bout de deux tentatives tout de m^me : Pour lancer combo, j'ai été obligé de passer en mode sans échec, et comme il a du redémarrer pour installer la console de récupération, et aussi car il avait trouvé la présence d'un rootkit, il est repassé en mode normal, est là le virus l'a bloqué à l'étape 5, j'ai donc réessayé, est là il est resté en mode sans échec et a pu aller jusqu'au bout du processus et ça à marché. J'ai du aussi désinstaller mon antivirus, car pas moyen de le bloquer en mode sans échec. Voici le rapport, je n'aime pas trop montrer ce genre de truc, mais bon, tu m'as bien aidé, je te dois bien ça, en tout cas merci pour ton aide. j'ai vu des éléments louches dans le rapport
* Télécharge ZHPDiag (de Nicolas Coolman)
https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
* Laisse toi guider lors de l'installation, il se lancera automatiquement à la fin.
* Clique sur l'icône représentant une loupe (« Lancer le diagnostic »)
* Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette
Héberge le rapport ICI

je n'arrive pas à télécharger le logiciel, j'ai un logiciel qui gère mes téléchargements, en fait c'est un plug-in à Firefox : "down them all", qui me met "erreur d'accès au fichier"; j'ai essayé plusieurs liens mais c'est toujours la même chose.

DESACTIVE TON ANTIVIRUS ET TON PAREFEU SI PRESENTS !!!!!(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)

? Télécharge List_Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

Une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

Choisis l'option Search

Une icône blanche et noire va s'afficher sur le bureau , il te servira à relancer le programme par la suite.
Une autre rouge et noir te servira a désinstaller le prog a la fin de la désinfection.

? laisse travailler l'outil

A l'apparition de la fenêtre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

Un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , , il s'auto supprimera a la fin du scan

? Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'écran "COMPLETED"
