Probleme avec une clé USB : MGRiH.ExE

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir ma clé USB (et donc récupérer mes fichiers). Il m'indique qu'il ne trouve pas le fichier MGRiH.ExE. En cherchant sur internet, j'apprends que ce fichier est un virus.
Donc pouvez vous me dire si mon ordi (ou ma clé F) est infecté (je crois que oui). Si oui que dois je faire? Sinon comment puis réouvrir ma clé USB.
