Question

Bonjour,

Alors je vous expose mon souci, en faite j'ai un problème avec mon UC qui monte a 100% avec certain programme alors qu'il n'y a aucun lieu d'être. J'ai exposer le problème sur le forum sous la parti windows.

Donc après quelques recherche et plusieurs essai pour résoudre le problème, aucune d'entre elle n'a marcher, et je me tourne vers vous pour un nouvel essai dont la solution était de trouver un root kit.

voici ce que j'ai trouver mais le souci c'est que je ne c'est pas si je peut le supprimée, car je voudrai pas non plus mettre mon pc HS.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\arfkerz1.SYS

Voila le fichier infecter trouver par AVG antirootkit.

J'attend une réponse de votre part et vous remercie d'avance de votre aide.

Salut, on va creuser le PC plus en profondeur :

-+-+-+-> ZHPDiag <-+-+-+-


[x] Télécharge ZHPDiag ( de Nicolas coolman ).

[x] Double clique sur le fichier d'installation, puis installe le avec les paramètres par défaut ( N'oublie pas de cocher " Créer une icône sur le bureau " )

[x] Lance ZHPDiag en double cliquant sur l'icône présente sur ton bureau

[x] Clique sur l'icône en forme de dossier avec une loupe " Analyse détaillée MD5 ", puis laisse l'outil scanner.

[x] Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur l'icône en forme de disquette et enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau.

[x] Rend toi sur Cijoint

[x] Clique sur " Parcourir " dans la partie " Joindre un fichier[...] "

[x] Séléctionne le rapport ZHPdiag.txt qui se trouve sur ton bureau

[x] Clique ensuite sur " Créer le lien cjoint " et copie/colle le dans ton prochain message

On vérifiera après, y'a du rootkit TDSS qu'on doit d'abord traiter :

[x] Télécharge ComboFix ( de sUBs ) à cette adresse.

[x] /!\ Fermez toutes les fenêtres de programme ouvertes /!\

[x] /!\ Désactivez toutes les protections résidentes ( Antivirus, Pare-Feu, AntiSpyware ) /!\

[x] Double clique sur " Combofix.exe "

[x] Suis les indications qui sont données à l'écran, à un moment tu auras un message te demandant d'installer la console de récupération, fais le

[x] Combofix va maintenant déconnecter ton PC d'internet

[x] Pendant le scan, ne touche à rien ( souris, clavier )

[x] A la fin du scan, le rapport s'ouvrira automatiquement, copie/colle le dans ton prochain message.

[o] Nb : Si jamais il ne s'ouvrait pas, il se trouve sous C:\Combofix.txt

[x] Installe le en prenant soin de le mettre à jour à la fin de l'installation.

[x] Lance un scan complet.

[x] Coche bien tout les éléments trouvés et supprime les.

[x] A la fin du scan, copie/colle le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvrira. S'il ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve dans la partie " Rapports/Logs " de malwarebyte's.

[x] N'oublie pas de vider la quarantaine de malwarebyte's.

bon sa fait un moment que j'ai commencer et me reste encore 2h20 dsl.

Par contre j'ai supprimer les fichier que tu ma dit mais je ne peut pas vider la corbeille est-ce normal ?

Et depuis le scan Ad remove j'ai le problème avec Spywareguard Browser Hijack protection, et si je click sur OK cela me mange les 100% de l'UC.

re, dsl de revenir, mais j'ai laisser le week-end passez puis le lundi toujours pas de reponse, eyant toujours mon petit souci je repost une fois.

Par contre de nouvelle donner sont entrée alors je ne sais pas si sa va te servir a quelque chose, mais je te les dit vaut mieux que tu sache et que sa te servent à rien plutôt que le contraire.

Voila online armor blocs toujours au démarrage ce fichier (programme, je ne sais pas comment vous l'appelez) DWTRIG20.EXE et ce matin il ma bloquer un programme qui voulais se servir de svchost celui-ci se prénommé Sched.exe qui a lui aussi était bloqué.

je voudrai savoir si pour vous point de vu des derniers rapports le problème serait résolu, car pour ma part ce n'est pas le cas, mais je voudrai surtout savoir si on faite vous ne pouvez rien y faire ?
Même si vous ne pouvez rien y faire et que vous savez ce qu'est le problème je prend, comme sa si je peut emmené le pc en réparation tout en disant ce qu'est le problème je gagnerai du temps.

/!\ Désactive toutes tes protections résidentes ( Antivirus, Antispyware, Pare-feu ) /!\

[x] Lance le en double cliquant dessus ( Clic droit -> "Executer en tant qu'administrateur" sous vista )

[x] Choisis l'option F ( pour français ) puis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

[x] Laisse le scan s'opérer.

[x] Le rapport s'ouvrira une fois le scan fini, copie/colle son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.

[x] Dézippe le sur ton bureau, puis lance GMER en double cliquant dessus ( Clic droit -> Executer en tant qu'admin sur vista )

[x] Dans l'onglet " Rootkit " , laisse toutes les cases cochées à droite.

[x] Clique sur " Scan "

[x] Si tu observes des lignes rouges, fais un clic droit dessus puis séléctionne " Delete ... "

[x] Lorsque le scan est terminé, clique sur " Copy " , ouvre le bloc note et clique sur Edition -> Coller

[x] Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau et copie/colle le contenu dans ton prochain message.

salut, c'était juste pour signifier que j'ai l'impression que mon problème s'aggrave malheureusement.
ce matin en allument mon pc, celui-ci ma mis a l'écran fréquence non supporter, j'ai du le redémarrer après quoi il marche de nouveau avec toujours les même soucis.

Bon j'espère que ceci n'est pas trop grave, je te remercie pour ton aide.

Re, j'ai une petite question : Est-ce que cela pourrai venir de processeur ? car j'ai lu et entendu qu'il était possible que ce soit mon processeur qui me lâche alors que mon pc n'a que 3 ans :(.

[x] Télécharge ComboFix ( de sUBs ) à cette adresse.

[x] /!\ Fermez toutes les fenêtres de programme ouvertes /!\

[x] /!\ Désactivez toutes les protections résidentes ( Antivirus, Pare-Feu, AntiSpyware ) /!\

[x] Double clique sur " Combofix.exe "

[x] Suis les indications qui sont données à l'écran, à un moment tu auras un message te demandant d'installer la console de récupération, fais le

[x] Combofix va maintenant déconnecter ton PC d'internet

[x] Pendant le scan, ne touche à rien ( souris, clavier )

[x] A la fin du scan, le rapport s'ouvrira automatiquement, copie/colle le dans ton prochain message.

[o] Nb : Si jamais il ne s'ouvrait pas, il se trouve sous C:\Combofix.txt

[x] Lance le, puis clique sur " Commencer le scan "

[x] Il commencera une analyse des processus, s'il trouve des processus infectés, clique sur " Oui pour tout ".

[x] A la fin du scan rapide, clique sur Option > Changer la configuration

[x] A l'onglet Scanner, décoche " Analyse heuristique ".

[x] De retour à la fenêtre principale, choisis " Analyse complète "

[x] Clique sur la flèche verte pour que le scan débute.

[x] Si un fichier est détécté, clique sur " Oui pour tout "

[x] A la fin du scan, si des infections sont trouvées, clique sur Tout séléctionner > Désinfecter

[x] Si la désinfection est impossible, mettre en quarantaine.

[x] De retour au menu principal, clique sur Fichier > Enregistrer le rapport

[x] Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau, puis ferme Dr.Web et redémarre ton ordinateur ( important )

Je vais quand même te donner des explications, histoire que tu comprennes ce que je te fais faire.

En fait, ton fichier tftp.exe a été patché par un virus comme le montre ce rapport. J'essaie de trouver un moyen de le restaurer, et je crois que j'ai trouvé.

Clique sur démarrer -> Exécuter et tapes : sfc /scannow

Patiente pendant la procédure, et dis moi quand ce sera terminé.

dsl pour le temps de réponse mais j'ai tester quelque truc quand même, et il y a toujours des truc qui prenne 100 % de mon UC genre spywareguard prend maintenant 100% tout le temps, il me met un fenêtre en anglais qui me demande si je veut restor old version ou keep new value et que je face un des 2 choix cela me provoque ce problème, se que je vais faire c'est desinstaler spywareguard.

Il me le fait aussi pour certain jeu, tel que des mini jeu sur facebook, mais peut-être est-ce logique. Alors que de gros jeu passe, je viens d'avoir lfp 2010 et ce jeu passe normalement.

en tout cas merci pour tout ce que tu as fait pour moi.

Je pense qu'il y a quand même du mieux, car certain programme qui me prenais 100 % ne le font plus (tels que émulation de jeu NES). Par contre pour certain jeu Java (jeu facebook pour être plus précis) sur internet sa me le fait(firefox.exe reste a 100%). j'ai un screen pour te montrer ce que sa fait mais je ne sais pas comment te l'envoyer.

En tout cas je te remercie pour toute t'en aide, si sa se trouve c'est moi qui déconne et peut-être que c'est tout a fait normal. m'enfin je trouve bizarre qu'un Jeu Java me prennes 100% de l'UC vu ma config^^

alors voila j'ai tout fait jusque la défragmentation.

Par contre truc bizarre tout t'es lien donner je ne peut clicker sur aucun, il me met une erreur :
l'URL n'est pas valide et ne peut être charger

Donc j'ai du les copier dans la barre d'adresse pour y accéder, je ne sais pas pour quoi, jusqu'à aujourd'hui les liens marcher parfaitement.

Par contre un genre de chose qui prend 100% de l'UC, sur le lien de bibou0007 pour la purge la restauration système sur le site il y a une animation avec des petits flocon de neige et par exemple ceci me prend aussi 100% de l'UC sous firefox.

voila petit post pour l'avancement des taches que j'ai à effectuer, alors je vais me lancer dans toute les mise a jour peut-être que le problème viens de la.

Toujours ce souci d'UC à 100% lors de vidéo sur internet ou petite application (alors que un jeu tel que lfp 2010 passe bien) mais on sent une net amélioration pour tout le reste, alors je te remercie pour tout.

Bon j'ai peu-être trouver d'où venais le problème, j'ai lu sur internet que le fait qu'il y ait plein de poussière pouvais faire montée l'UC à 100% et faire tourner le ventilateur à fond.

Donc j'ai regarder par les aérations si poussière il y avait et effectivement ce n'est plus un amas de poussière mais pire, en faite je n'ai jamais ouvert la coque de moi même depuis que j'ai l'ordi, bon il y a un des 2 cotés que je peut ouvrir sans risque je sais, mon pc a plus de 3 ans et jamais était nettoyer a l'intérieur a tel points que même des toiles d'araignées sont a l'intérieur de ma tour. Mais avant de faire n'importe quoi je préférais ton parler au cas ou tu me dirai que le problème ne peut venir de la.

Voila dsl de t'avoir embêter avec tout sa et encore merci pour tout ce que tu as fait pour moi.

Salut,

En effet, la poussière est un réel facteur de ralentissement. Je te conseille tout d'abord de nettoyer les ventilateurs ( processeur ainsi qu'unité centrale ) à l'aide de l'embout de l'aspirateur. Ensuite nettoie les partie métalique de l'unité centrale toujours à l'aide de l'aspirateur. Evite d'aspirer sur la carte mère par contre.
Tu peux la nettoyer avec un pinceau ou autre chose du même style.

Tu as bien fait la défragmentation ?

oui la défragmentation a été effectuer a l'aide du logiciel que tu ma donné et que j'ai garder d'ailleurs.

Pour les ralentissement il n'existe plus, juste ce problème d'UC que je remarque a cause du ventilateur qui tourne a fond. Donc je fais effectivement faire un bon nettoyage de la tour, surement demain matin, et je te dirai ce qu'il en est ensuite histoire de tedire si l'affaire et belle et bien bouclée.

Coucou voila je post pour te dire que le nettoyage c'est très bien passé. Et surtout que visiblement le problème et résolu, car en allant sur mon jeux ou en lisant une vidéo de Youtube firefox n'a pas dépassé les 30 % ce qui est je pense normal, alors qu'hier encore sa le faisait monté a 100%.

Donc ce problème est résolu et je l'espère pour de bon. Je te remercie une nouvelle fois pour ce nettoyage complet du pc.
