bonjour, si ton pc est une tour y a t'il longtemps que tu as supprimer la poussière entre les ailettes du radiateur de refroidissement du processeur avec un coup de bombe d'air sec vendu au rayon informatique

oui car si il refroidit mal le processeur il y a une montée en température excécive et le pc se met en sécurité en s'éteingnant , redémare t'il tout seul ou pas ??
mais si tu as un doute sur une infection postes un RSIT pour voir cela
• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

si le rapport ne passe pas sur le forum à cause de sa longeur envoie-le sur : http://www.cijoint.fr/ ,

non il ne redémarre pas tout seul mais je vais essayer de faire ce que tu m'as dit mais ca rique de prendre un moment parce que j'ai 14 ans je m'y connais pas trop mdrr^^ merciiiii je te dirai ce qu'il en est.

demande dans ce cas à tes parents pour t'aider si tu utiliser un compresseur mets pas trop fort pour la pession et puis pour l'aspirateur pas trop près de la carte mère pour ne pas aspirer les petit cavalier sinon bingo plus rien ne marhera, et puis vois pour le TSIT comme cela on fera la chasse au malwares si il y a !!

et tpour nettoyer mon ordi avec la bombe il faut la démonter la tour ou j'en met comme ça?

bon pour enlever la poussière il faut démonter les côté de la tour pour avoir accés à l'intérieur !!
tu as 2 anti-virus sur le pc avast et agv tu me dira lequel tu garde car un seul sur le pc ?!!
la vu les rapport tu vas passer AD-Remover option L tu postes le rapport , et puis tu fears toolsbar S&D option 1 et 2 pareil tu postes les rapports ,suivi d'un nouveau log.txt de RSIT
1)pour ad-remover
• Télécharge Ad-remover ( de C_XX ) sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !
• Double clique sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .
• Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
• Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .
• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...
( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-clean.log )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
2) pour toolsbar

Lances l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
Sélectionnes la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
Postes le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)
Suppression option 2
Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.
NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer puis valide.
