Question

Bonjour,

Depuis 3 jours j'ai une alerte d'antivirguard  m'annoncant unresutt positif :

il me dit: C:/WINDOWS/system32/faultrep32.dll contient lecheval de troie TR/Dldr.Tracur.B.19

Quelqu'un saurait il comment le supprimer afin que l'alertecesse ( 15 alerte par 5 minutes !)
sachant qe je refuse l'accésa chaque fois ou je le met en quarantaine

Salut, 


- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau. 

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme. 

- A l'écran Disclaimer Choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.  

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. 

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt 

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

Ok fais ce qui suis : 

Télécharge  SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. 


Une fois sauvegardé sur ton bureau, double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l’extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. 

Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
* Redémarre ton ordinateur 
* Après avoir entendu l’ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l’icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
* A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
* Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". 
* Choisis ton compte. 

Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous : 
* Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d’être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
* Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
* Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d’appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
* Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 

* Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu’à l’accoutumée car l’outil va continuer à s’exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
* Après le chargement du Bureau, l’outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
* Appuie sur une touche pour finir l’exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
* Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s’ouvrira à l’écran et s’enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 

• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum 

TUTO Si besoin   

Si SDfix ne se lance pas (ça arrive!)

* Démarrer->Exécuter

* Copie/colle ceci :

%systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /K %systemdrive%\SDFix\apps\FixPath.exe

* Clique sur ok, et valide.

* Redémarre et essaye de nouveau de lancer SDfix.

Télécharge GenProc (de Jean-Chretien1 et Narco4) sur ton bureau (et pas ailleur !) : 


!!Déconnecte toi et ferme tes applications en cours !! 

Dézippe (=extraire tout) le contenu de ce que tu viens de télécharger sur ton bureau . 

Ouvre le dossier Genproc : 
double-clique sur [ http://www.cijoint.fr/cj200906/cijVDLbvVJ.jpg GenProc.bat] et laisse faire ... 

Une fois terminé, poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre ...

IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvant il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement ) .

Ok oublie.


*  Télécharge Malwarebytes anti malware
    

* Tu auras un tutoriel à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
    

* Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
    

* Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"
    

* Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"
    

* L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
    

* Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
    

* Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
    

* Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

J'ai du redemarrer mon pc a la fin pour supprimer quelques elements, a noter que depuis le redemarrage je n'ai aps eu d'alerte d'antivir comme j'avais avant !

Salut,

Comme Kevin est absent, je vais prendre la suite :

Désactive le Tea-timer de Spybot ( ne le réactive plus, il est obsolète), pour savoir comment le désactiver, regarde sur ce lien : ( clique sur désactiver the-timer)

Télécharge et installe ccleaner

- Durant l'installation, décoche la case proposant la barre d'outils yahoo et celle : " ajouter l'option des mises à jour"

- Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lance ccleaner

- clic -->>option -->> avancé et décoche " effacer les fichiers etc... plus vieux que 48h

- Sélectionne " nettoyeur " >> clic sur Analyse puis nettoyage, puis referme le programme...

Télécharge Combofix et enregistres le sur ton bureau


/!\ Désactives la garde ton antivirus /!\


- Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours

- Double clic sur Combofix.exe >> un message apparait > réponds " oui "

- ( Il est conseillé d'installer la console de récupérations)

- Sélectionnes la langue et presse la touche 1 ( yes) pour lancer le scan

/!\ Ne touche ni à la souris, ni au clavier durant le scan, cela pourrait figer l'ordi /!\

- A la fin du scan, Combofix aura besoin de redémarrer pour finir la désinfection, laisse le faire

- Une fois terminé, un rapport s'affiche, poste son contenu que tu peux aussi trouver à c:\combofix.txt

Ok,

Clique sur Démarrer puis Exécuter. Tapes combofix /u dans la zone de saisie puis OK.
- ( il y a un espace entre combofix et /u)

--> Supprimes C:\qoobox

* met à jour Antivir.
* Double-clique sur l'icône d'Antivir (Parapluie) dans la barre des tâches.
* Dans Antivir, choisis Outils puis Configuration.
* Coche Mode Expert et coche Rech. Rootkit au dém. de la recherche à droite dans Autres réglages.

Une fois à jour et paramétré, redémarre le pc en " Mode sans echec " :

- Au démarrage de l'ordi, tapotes sur la touche F8 ou F5 de ton clavier ( juste après le bip du bios et avant l'apparition du logo " Windows ")
- Un écran avec plusieurs choix apparaitra, sélectionne à l'aide des flèches du clavier, le mode sans echec et valides avec la touche " Entrée "

- Une fois en mode sans échec, lance un scan antivirus et poste le rapport généré à la fin stp.

Salut,

- Télécharges Toolscleaner2 sur ton bureau :

- Clique sur " Recherche " et patientes
- Clique ensuite sur" supprimer " pour finaliser
- Clique sur exit >> un rapport sera généré, postes son contenu

Note : le rapport est aussi à C:\TC.txt

Mets Adobe à jour ici

* Installe la dernière version de Java là

* Une fois à jour, télécharges JavaRa.zip

--> Décompresse le --> clic droit : extraire ici

--> Double-clique sur JavaRa.exe

---> Autorise le processus a se connecter si il te le demande
. Cliques sur Install et suis les instructions

- Quand l'installation est finie, reviens à l'écran JavaRa

-Clic sur " Remove Old Versions " ou " supprimer les anciennes versions " --> cliques sur " oui "

-l'outil va travailler, cliques ensuite sur " Ok " et à nouveau sur Ok

- Un rapport s'ouvrira, refermes l'application puis postes le


- Met un coup de ccleaner >> nettoyage
Puis, clique sur " Registre " -->" Chercher des erreurs " --> " corriger les erreurs "
--> Recommence l'opération jusqu'à 0 erreur --> réponds Non à la sauvegarde.

Et clique sur Fix checked, répond " oui " et referme hijacthis

Supprime Toolscleaner, JavaRa et RSIT

remet un coup de ccleaner Nettoyage + Registre

Afin de purger la restauration système : desactiver et réactiver la restauration systeme sous xp

Pour maintenir ton système à jour, fais un Scan de vulnérabilités et met tes logiciels à jour.

Nettoyage et Défragmentation de tes Disques
*Nettoyage :
Clique droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clique droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Général"
Clique sur le bouton "nettoyage de disque", OK .
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques ...

*Vérifications des erreurs :
Clique droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clique droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Outil"
"Vérifier maintenant", une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases :
-réparer automatiquement les erreurs...
-rechercher et tenter une récupération...
--->Démarrer, ok
Note : s'il te dis de redémarrer ton Pc pour le faire , tu redémarres et tu laisses faire, cela prend un peu de temps c'est normal
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques ...

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis :
*Défragmentation :
"défragmenter maintenant", OK
une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter" > OK .
Tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques ...

Comme la défragmentation sous Windows est parfois trés longue, tu peux utiliser des logiciels conçus pour, regarde sur ce lien :

- en rajoutant les add-ons tels que Wot :
WOT permet d'avoir un aperçu sur la dangerosité et la fiabilité des sites donnés par les moteurs de recherche tel que Google ou Live Search .
