Bonjour,
Mon PC bloque.
Ccleaner fonctionne.
Malware bloque aprés 1 minute.
Antivir premium suite bloque après 17 % mais indique 8 positifs et 2 avetissements.Il indique PCK/execryptor et SPR/Tool.Hardoff.A.

vire ce qui à été trouvé par malwarebyte puis refais un rapport avec et vire tout .retente bitdefender , superantispyware .Tu as le nom exact du fichier qui bloque? Si oui mets le dans les exceptions d'antivir ce qui permettra de passer cet obstacle . Sinon on verra que faire en connaissant le nom

bitdefender stop,pointeur fou,écran bleu + kernel_inkpage_error
Chkdsk/F/r = clusters endommagés remplacés
Changer de disque dur ?

peut être un souci de disque dur . Télécharge le logiciel crystal disk info . Lance le et dis si il pense que ton disque à un problème

désactive ta restauration systeme pendant 1 minute puis réactive la comme ceci:

pour virer ce qui a été utilisé lance tool lceaner

pour accelelerer un peu le demarrage

va dans DEMARRER puis EXECUTER et Tape msconfig puis clique sur ok

puis va dans l'onglet DEMARRAGE

et décoche ce dont tu n'a pas besoin comme

Adobe Reader Speed Launcher
open office



enregistre les mode et fais comme demandé une redemarrage en fermant cette fenetre
au demarrage suivant accepte en cochant la case , pour toujours les modifications
