Erreur de driver usb, reboot avec écran bleu

Bonjour,

voilà j'ai un gros souci avec mon PC. Depuis 2 jours il redémarre après m'avoir affiché un message sur un écran bleu. le message ne s'affiche pas longtemps, mais les premières lignes font état d'une erreur detectée par windows qui doit redémarrer pour ne pas risquer de me faire perdre des données, ou quelque chose comme ça.

La bonne surprise c'est qu'aujourd'hui windows a trouver une "solution". Il semblerait que cela vienne d'une erreur liée à un driver usb. je recopie la solution que me donne windows... malheureusement c'est sorti en anglais :(

Find the plan that's selected and click Change plan settings.

Click Change advanced power settings.

Double-click USB Settings , and then double-click USB selective suspend setting.

Make sure the USB selective suspend setting is disabled. If it is enabled, click it and select Disabled, and then click OK.

Turn off power saving mode (non-laptop computers only):

Click the Start button .

In the Search field, type power options, and then press ENTER.

Under Preferred Plans, make sure High Performance is selected, and then close the window.

Check for a system BIOS update for your computer

Download and install the latest updates and drivers for your computer

What if I don't see any available updates?

Try removing newly added USB devices

Do not disconnect USB devices while the computer is shutting down or going to sleep

This problem is known to occur when USB devices are disconnected while the computer is in the process of shutting down or going into sleep mode. This is common with laptops, especially those with docking stations, because the docking station can act like a USB hub. The frequency of this problem might be reduced by allowing your computer to fully shut down or fully enter sleep mode before removing it from its docking station or disconnecting USB devices from it or from the docking station.


If you know which USB device is causing this problem

It might be possible to prevent the blue screen error by choosing the Safely Remove Hardware option in the Notification Area before putting your computer in sleep mode or hibernation.

In the System Tray, click the Safely Remove Hardware icon, select the USB device that you think is causing the problem, and then click OK.

Do not physically remove the USB device.

Perform the action that resulted in the blue screen error, whether that was resuming operation of your computer after putting it in sleep mode, hibernation, or, in the case of laptops, closing the laptop or placing it in a docking station.

If the blue screen error still occurs, then it is likely the problem is with another USB device. Try this procedure using other USB devices until you find the one causing the problem.

If the blue screen error went away, then you have most likely identified the device causing the problem. Contact the device manufacturer for more information on how to solve this problem, or use the Safely Remove Hardware option to work around it.

Depending on the device manufacturer and model, some USB devices will become available automatically when you resume use of your computer. Others will require that you first physically unplug them and then plug them back in before they will be recognized by the computer. Check the System Tray to see if the USB device you safely removed became available when you started using your computer again. If it did not become available automatically, then physically unplug it, and then plug it back in."


Pour ce qui est des solutions proposées, j'ai déjà fait les deux premières, ajuster les options d'alimentation et enlever le mode d'économie d'énergie (il était sur mode normal et ils conseillent de le mettre en performance élevée). Par contre ils parlent d'une mise à jour du bios... j'ai creuser un peu et il semble pas que ce soit une manoeuvre anodine, donc je préfère avoir votre avis là-dessus avant de me lancer. Sinon ma version de windows est à jour. Je n'ai rien brancher de nouveau sur mes ports usb; toutefois j'ai effectué plusieurs sauvegardes sur un disque dur externe dernièrement et ce disque dur externe me pose souvent des problèmes (quand je le branche, il n'est pas detecté dans un premier temps, et cela prend quelques secondes pour qu'il soit detecté. et il arrive qu'il se "débranche" plusieurs fois de suite sans que je ne fasse rien). Mais cela ne m'a jamais poser le moindre problème et je l'utilise depuis longtemps, donc je doute que ce soit le problème.

sinon, comme éléments à signaler, j'ai ajouter des barres de ram il y a deux semaines. Avant d'avoir la solution proposée par windows j'étais sur que le problème venait de là. Je ne m'y connait pas trop, donc je sais pas si cela peut avoir affecter mes drivers...
