Bonjour,
J'ai depuis quelques temps des fenetres internet explorer qui s'ouvrent toutes seules (en lien avec le contenu du site que je consulte: des fenetres pour des sites de paris si j'ouvre l'équipe.fr....) J'ai utilisé spyware doctor mais malgré cela les fenetres s'ouvrent encore. J'ai fait un rapport hijackthis:

pour comodo que le pare feu et pas l antivirus , j ai l impression de pas ecrire francais . c est abominable.

maintenant
relance toolbar mais la appuie sur l option 2. tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles.

fait 2 fois l option 2 , colle les 2 rapports.

ensuite regarde pour comodo si tu n as bien que le pare feu et pas le pare feu et l cantivirus de comodo.une fois les modifications effectuees colle un nouveau rapport hijack.

1)pour ton surf c est un conseil passe a mozilla 3 , bien plus sur et no script en plus.


2)adobe doit etre mis a jour remplace la version 8 par la version 9 car les failles de securite de la version 8 peuvent etre utilise pour une infection et la ton antivirus je suis pas sur qu il reagisse et ton pare feu peut etre pas.



3)Relance hijack et clique sur "Do a system scan only"
Ensuite recherche ces lignes et coches les cases

Bonjour totobetourne,

Je suis passé à mozilla 3, par contre le NO SCRIPT je ne sais pas ce que c'est si tu peux m'expliquer.
Je suis passé à adobe 9.
J'ai fait le scan hijack, j'ai coché les cases, après il m'a demandé si je voulais effacer ou corriger j'ai mis oui et l'ordinateur a redemarré.
Faut -il que je colle un nouveau rapport hijack?
Je sens et j'espère qu'on est proche de la fin...
Auras-tu le courage de me coacher pour mon autre PC?
Merci vraiment beaucoup pour la patience et surtout pour l'aide.

pas mal d infection se font par l intermediaire de java et adobe, avec no script tu les bloque.

donc il faudra le regler avec les sites que tu connais, par exemple sur you tube il faudra l accepter pour voir les video par exemple. util sur les sites inconnu.

refais un hijack , de retour en soiree.

lors du scan coupe ta connection internet.

* Double-clique sur ToolBar-SD afin de lancer l'installation, un raccourci sera ajouté sur le Bureau.
* Double-clique dessus pour démarrer l'outil; choisis la langue.
* Sous Vista, faire un clic droit et "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" (Elévation des privilèges), puis -> Continuer.
* Tape 1 puis sur la touche [Entrée] afin de lancer la suppression.
* Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* À la fin du scan, le rapport s'ouvrira dans le Bloc-notes.
* Poste ce rapport, par copier/coller, dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Le rapport se trouve également sous : C:\TB.txt

Je n'ai pas encore installé antivir car je voudrais virer avast avant mais je crois qu'il faut le faire "proprement" car l'outils de desisnstallation windows n'est pas satisfaisant pour cette desinstallation.

on va faire les choses dans l ordre.

1)relance toolbar mais la appuie sur l option 2. tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles.rerlance le une 2 eme fois si dans le 1 er rapport il n a pas tout supprime search settings.


2)pour la 2 eme infection utilise cela.
tu télécharge navilog1
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

1)Salut,

Arriver au menu principal, choisir l'option 2 et valider (nettoyage "automatique" ).

Le fix demandera ensuite de "redémarrer le PC", fermer toutes les fenêtres ouvertes
et appuyer sur une touche comme demandé.(si le PC ne redémarre pas automatiquement, le faire manuellement)
Au redémarrage du PC, choisir la session habituelle si nécessaire.

Patienter jusqu'au message : "Nettoyage Terminé le ..."

Le bureau revient, puis le bloc-note s'ouvre .
Sauvegarder ce rapport de manière à le retrouver, puis fermer le bloc-note ...
(Le rapport sera en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque "C\:cleannavi.txt")

Postes ce rapport dans ta nouvelle réponse pour analyse et attends la suite ...

(PS : Si le bureau ne réapparaît pas, faire CTRL+ALT+SUPPR pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Choisir l'onglet processus. Cliquer en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisir exécuter,
Taper explorer et valider.)



2)on va verifier si il te reste quelquechose
passe cet antimalware, fait comme indique
Telecharges malwaresbytes antimalwares(MBAM) : egalement tres util sur pb de pub mais pas tous malheureusement

fais comme indique,mise a jour , scan complet en mode sans echec et les rapports.
COLLE LE RAPPORT APRES SUPPRESSION MERCI.

garde le et lance un scan tout les mois comme indique.

si tu as ad aware tu peux desinstalle car il ne reconnait plus grand chose.





3)refais un rapport hijack et colle le . merci .
