Bonjour, a tous g un gros probleme avec mon ordinateur, a la suite d'une mise a jour qui s'est mal passé impossible de ralumer mon ordinateur, j'ai donc donner mon ordinateur au pere d'une amie qui m'a mis un vista de secours et m'a dit de le ralumer avec le cd de restauration que j'ai eu en achetant mn ordinateur. Lorsque je le lance mon écran devient bleu et il est inscrit en blanc:

je ne sait pas du tout quoi faire, et étant étudiante j'ai absolument besoin de mon ordinateur...
si quelqu'un peut m'aider je lui serrai infiniment reconnaissante, je vous remercie a tous de lire ce message même si vous ne pourrai pas m'aider...
