execute sdfix , tu as un vilain rootkit caché sur ton pc .
Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

marjo31, si tu as l'usage de clés USB, lance cette application, SVP.
Telecharge UsbFix < http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/UsbFix.exe >sur ton bureau
--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default
Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir
--> Fais un clic Droit sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
-->choisis l' option 1 (nettoyage)
--> Le pc va redémarer
-->Apres redémarrage post le rapport UsbFix.txt
Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque sur lequel tu as installé l'OS.
Relance USBFix et choisis l’option 2 « Vaccination »

* Fais un scan antivirus en ligne ICI :
https://www.bitdefender.fr/
et copie colle le résultat ici
* En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur "BitDefender SCAN ONLINE"
* Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur "I agree"
* La fenêtre change encore, clique sur "Click here to scan"
* Les signatures se chargent, etc.

Télécharge HijackThis (outils de dignostic) ici :
-> Fais un clic droit sur un des liens et choisi enregistrer la cible sous .... le bureau
-> http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe
-> Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation
-> Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept
-> Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file
-> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

voila j ai fait le nouveau rapport hitachi
eh bien je n est plus d antivirus avast a disparu de la barre en bas j ai essayé de l enlevé completement pour mettre caspery vu qu il allait plus mais pas moyen quand j installe kaspery il me dit qu il faut enlevé avast et dansa ajout suppression c est impossible j ai fait un nettoyage avec ccleaner et puis le rapport que j ai envoyé car la je ne c est pas ce que je dois faire pour arrivé a mettre kaspery ne sachant pas si j ai fait une boulette hier j ai fait une restauration du systeme je c est pas si c est une bonne chose mais bon voila

mais si tu veux le desinstaller
il existe une aide pour ca

refait un rapport avec hijacthis a jour comme on le dit plus haut

Tout ce qu'AVG a trouvé, il faut qu'il le supprime.
De plus :
O23 - Service: Boonty Games - BOONTY - C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\BOONTY Shared\Service\Boonty.exe
Boonty est à désinstaller.
Avast a été mal déinstallé, c'est pour ça que tu ne peux pas le réinstaller.
Désinstalle-le correctement en passant par l'utilitaire de désinstallation que tu trouveras sur le site d'Avast. Lis bien les instructions du site avant de lancer l'utilitaire.
Ensuite, installe un autre antivirus digne de ce nom.
Après, si t'as encore des problème, on passera à une désinfection ordonnée.
De plus :

SDFix has been extracted to %systemdrive%\SDFix\
(Drive that contains the Windows directory - typically C:\SDFix)
Open the SDFix folder in Safe Mode and double click the RunThis.bat file to start the fixtool
If RunThis.bat is started in Normal Mode, options to download and run Anti-Virus command line scanners are displayed
Catchme.exe Stealth Malware Detector by GMER is also included in the SDFix folder

SDFix has been extracted to %systemdrive%\SDFix\
(Drive that contains the Windows directory - typically C:\SDFix)
Open the SDFix folder in Safe Mode and double click the RunThis.bat file to start the fixtool
If RunThis.bat is started in Normal Mode, options to download and run Anti-Virus command line scanners are displayed
Catchme.exe Stealth Malware Detector by GMER is also included in the SDFix folder

Sollte die RunThis.bat im normalen Modus gestartet werden, wird einem die Möglichkeiten geboten Antivirenscanner für die Kommandozeile

suis bien ce tutoriel et sa iras , en revanche pendant le scan de sdfix tu deconnecte ton cable ethernet et tu ferme toutes tes applications .

bien loué , une bonne partie de l'infection a ete detruite on va regarder plus profond .

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
