Bonjour,
j'ai un souci avec mon ordi , une page internet s'ouvre toute seule, à n'importe quel moment, c'est souvent une page de pub, mais pas toujours la meme. je suis sous windows vista, , merci par avance de votre aide

Salut!

Télécharge d'abord ceci: hijackthis

Installe-le et lance-le.

Puis choisis "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

Poste le rapport généré dans ta prochaine réponse.

Ok! Télécharge ceci: malwarebytes

Installe-le en veillant bien à ce que la case de mise à jour soit cochée en fin d'installation.

Après la mise à jour, lance un scan complet de tous tes disques.

Si MBAM trouve quelque chose, en fin de scan, fais "voir les résultats", puis "supprimer la sélection".

Si le programme te demande de rebooter afin de finaliser le nettoyage, accepte.

Poste alors le rapport généré dans ta prochaine réponse.

Tu as bien redémarré après le résultat?

Télécharge ceci: ccleaner

Lance-le et va dans Options>>Avancé. Décoche la première ligne.

Va dans Nettoyeur et lance l'analyse. Un fois la liste créée, fais le nettoyage deux fois de suite.

Va dans Registre. Lance la recherche d'erreurs. La liste créée, corrige-les.

/!\ A ce moment il te sera demandé de sauvegarder le registre, fais-le /!\

Recommence l'opération Recherche/Réparation des erreurs jusqu'à obtenir 0 erreur trouvée lors de la recherche.

Poste ensuite un nouveau log hijackthis stp.

Ouvre le gestionnaire des taches (ctrl+alt+suppr) onglet processus,et stoppe le processus EoEngine.exe.

Relance hijackthis et choisis cette fois,"do a system scan only",coche les lignes suivantes:

O2 - BHO: EoRezoBHO - {64F56FC1-1272-44CD-BA6E-39723696E350} - C:\PROGRA~1\EoRezo\EoAdv\EOREZO~1.DLL

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [EoEngine] "C:\Program Files\EoRezo\EoEngine.exe"

et clique sur "fixchecked".

-Ajout/suppression de programmes,si tu vois "EoRezo",desinstalle le.

-Avec l'outil "rechercher" de windows,fais une recherche "eorezo" et supprime les dossiers trouvés.

-Repasse un coup de ccleaner (fonction nettoyeur,puis fonction registre)

Puis de nouveau un log hijackthis en me disant où en sont tes problèmes, stp.
