Antispyware xp : risque de contamination?Fermé

Question

Bonjour,
Comme pas mal de gens ici j'ai eu la joie de récupérer le virus Antispware xp 2009...J'ai vu pas mal de solutions à ce problème, mais toutes impliquent d'aller télécharger des logiciels sur Internet. Dans mon cas, Internet ne fonctionne plus du tout : Mozilla semble avoir disparu de l'ordi et Internet Explorer s'ouvre une demi seconde avant de se fermer.
Je voudrais donc bien passer par un autre ordi pour récupérer tout ça, j'aurais donc aimé savoir si ce virus pouvait infecter une clé usb?

slt la clé ne devrait pas etre infecté mais si tu as un doute sur ton ordi branche ta clé et lance RAV qui desinfectera les infections qui transitent par les disques externes Télécharge RavAntivirus d'Evosla : http://ww25.evosla.com/compteur.php?soft=rav_antivirus # Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX # Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau # Doucle-clique sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil. # Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles) # Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain . # Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur. # Poste le rapport, si infection! ___________________ ensuite enregistre malwarebyte et combofix sur ta clé et lance les sur ton ordi infécté ___________________ scan avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et vire ce qui est trouvé et colle le rapport https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/ ______________ télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe et enregistre le sur le bureau. [si je suspecte une infection bagle, j'ajoute : sous le nom de antibagle. Fais le avant que le fichier ne soit enregistré sur le bureau] déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi. Bon impossible de redémarrer mon ordi en mode sans échec...En fait impossible de le redémarrer tout court...Il se bloque sur un écran noir où il est écrit : 

"BIOS ROM check sum error
Detecting floppy drive A media...
Drive A error. System halt"

le tout accompagné d'une série de bip qui ne s'arrête que quand on l'éteint au bouton ou en débranchant...

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. 
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
• Redémarre ton ordinateur 
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". 
• Choisis ton compte. 
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous : 
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Et j'ai un beau bazar sur mon ordi : visiblement, plus de virus mais les 3/4 de mes programmes ne fonctionnent plus (avas, mozilla entre autres), et j'ai toujours le même problème au démarrage (série de bip + message précisé dans un précédent post) mais je sais pas si ça a un rapport avec le virus...

Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFscript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe

Clique sur le fichier CFscript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFscrïpt vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Lorsque l'outil aura terminé, il vous affichera un rapport. Envoyez ce rapport dans votre prochaine réponse.

Lorsque CF a fini de travailler, le rapport ComboFix s'ouvre, en même temps qu'une boîte de message--ne vous inquiétez pas.  Avec le script ci-dessus, ComboFix va recueillir des fichiers pour les soumettre aux chercheurs/analystes.[list]

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFscript 


Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFscrïpt sur le fichier ComboFix.exe 

Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer. 

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide. 

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal! 

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. 

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu. 

Remets aussi un rapport Hijackthis 


Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt 

Attention : cette manip a été fait pour cet ordi. Tout réutilisation peut endommager sévèrement le système d'exploitation. 

La manip initiale n'aurait pas causé de problèmes à ton ordi. Elle aurait été moins efficace.

1/ 
# Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer.
# Cliquez sur l'option de menu Paramètres.
# Cliquez sur l'option Panneau de configuration.
# Après l'ouverture du Panneau de configuration, faites un double clic sur l'icône Connexions réseau. Si votre Panneau de configuration est paramétré pour un affichage en catégories, faites un double clic sur Connexions réseau et Internet puis cliquez sur Connexions réseau tout en bas.
# Vous verrez alors une liste de toutes les connexions réseau disponibles. Repérez la connexion vers votre adaptateur Sans Fil ou Réseau local et faites un clic droit dessus.
#  Cliquez simplement sur l'option de menu Réparer.

-Télécharge cet outil d'ici:

-Une fois téléchargé,tu le lances

-Tu cliques sur"ReG-Backup" pour créer une sauvegarde du registre,dans un dossier de ton choix.

-Une fois la sauvegarde éffectuée,clique sur "Fix", au méssage "WinsockFix will now attempt to Repair your connection" tu reponds par "OUI"

-Il va travailler,tu le laisse faire,à la fin des corrections tu auras le méssage suivant"Repair completed Please Reboot", tu cliques sur "OK"

-Le PC va redémarrer,

-Communique les résultats.

erreur 1068 - Suite à infection virale de votre ordinateur avec un virus du type "bagle" ou "beagle" ... 

Vous n'arrivez plus a vous connecter avec votre wifi. Si vous allez dans les outils administration sur la page "services" pour activer "configuration automatique sans fil" vous avez l'erreur 1068. 

Si c'est votre cas et que vous vous etes arraché les cheveux, voici la solution: 

Vous devez aller dans la base de registre avec regedit ou autre. 

1. Demarrer > executer > Tapez : "regedit" en ok 

2. Allez sur HKEY Local Machine > system > CurrentControlSet > Services > Ndisuio 

Dans cette clé il y a une entrée nommée "START", double cliquez dessus. Cette entrée doit être 3 pour que le protocole NDIS E/S demarre correctement. 

Un virus comme "bagle / Beagle" change cette entrée et la met sur 4 (disable) et cause le probleme que vous avez. 

Reboutez ensuite votre PC et tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre.

Il apparait bien dans la barre d'outil mais ne fonctionne pas : impossible de l'ouvrir "Le sous-système AAVM a détecté une erreur RPC". Quand je vais dans ajout/suppression de programmes pour voir ce qu'il me dit sur avast, il me dit qu'il est déjà désinstallé...

Je crois qu'il y a plus de virus, je peux de nouveau me connecter à Internet, par contre toutes mes applications ne fonctionnent plus, je vais devoir toutes les réinstaller je crois...Toujours le même souci au démarrage qui est apparu en même temps que le virus (coincidence?).
Je poste le rapport SDFix quand mon ordi aura bien voulu redémarrer...

ok vire ta version combofix aussi et télécharge la dernière et colle ton rapport

pour bien vérifier car ton infection est en cours d'expansion et de développement et donc en mettant a jour les logciels cela partira

Toujours les mêmes problèmes, mais si le virus est plus là c'est déjà bien...Je risque de passer la soirée à tout réinstaller par contre ^^ 
Reste le problème de démarrage qui m'embête un peu plus mais ça a plus de rapport avec Antispyware xp, donc je vais essayer de regarder ailleurs d'où ça peut provenir...et je posterai un nouveau sujet au pire ^^

télécharge OTMoveIt
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau. Ou sur https://www.luanagames.com/index.fr.html
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

Citation :

C:\Program Files\EoRezo
C:\Documents and Settings\utilisateur\Application Data\EoRezo 

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

Et concernant le problème au démarrage, j'ai le message suivant qui apparait quand je veux redémarrer :

accompagné par une série de bip ininterrompue. Je dois éteindre l'ordi au bouton et attendre au moins 5 min avant de pouvoir le redémarrer...

car cela ressemble a un souci materiel, regarde ton manuel ou renseigne toi sur ta carte mere pour savoir a quoi correspond les bips:

cela vient en général de ton lecteur A qui doit etre un lecteur de disquette : vire la disquette qu'il y a dedans 

si cela persiste essaye de debrancher le lecteur A pour voir

Visiblement le problème daterait de 3 semaines à peu près (je ne sais pas exactement parce que c'est pas moi qui utilise l'ordi en général)...C'est effectivement possible que le problème vienne du lecteur de disquettes puisque, même si je n'en ai pas, un lecteur est apparu dans le poste de travail à ce moment là.

J'ai désinstallé le "pseudo" lecteur de disquettes et visiblement plus de bips au démarrage ^^
A priori j'ai donc plus de problèmes avec l'ordi maintenant...Merci encore!
