S' il vous plais urgent analyser rapport Smit

Bonjour,
j' ai un énorme problème virale ( désoler pour l' orthographe ), les sympthome sont:
-Ram de 4 GO n' est plus que de 3325 Mo au lieu de 4096 Mo

-Performance catastrophique générale, sur 3dmark au lieu de mes 12000 points je n'est plus que 3242 points la dernière fois, tous mes jeux sont dans le même cas je suis déprimer !

-Et pour finir au démarrage le pc est comme paralysé c' est a dire que les programme de démarrage ce lance et faut attendre 20, 30 minute que tout charge pour enfin utiliser le pc.

C' est bizarre, donc j' ai demander conseille a une boutique de maintenance pc en pensant que c' est ma carte mère comme les communique avec tous les périphérique infecter j' ai l ' impression. La Ram j' ai testé une séparé de l' autres avec memetest tout la nuit et aucun problème. la carte graphique j' ai pas pu essayer ailleurs étant une 8800 gtx faudrait un pc équivalent au mien pour tester. Mais les mecs de la boutique me disent que c' est virale, pourtant je leur dis que j' ai déjà réinstaller vista ( j' était en 64 bits et j' ai voulu repasser a 32 bits ) mais toujours pareille les rams même avec SP1 toujours a 3325 Mo, je comprends pas, aidez moi please.
