Je vie depuis 2 ans en collocation a barcelone et l'occase s'est offerte a moi de trouver un appart en cherchant sur tucasa.com j'ai recu les memes emails que tous le monde , partie en angleterre pour une periode de 4 ans , le deal se fera par TNT qui vous envera un courrier , ensuite par Western Union il faut que je verse 660 euros , aprés ceci je devrai recevoir les clefs aller visiter l'apparte et j'aurai 2 jours pour contacter western union pour envoyer oui ou non l'argent au proprietaire ça me parait vraiment louche ... je ne sais pas si faire confiance ou non est-ce exactement les memes conditions pour tous le monde ???

soulagées de n'avoir rien fait, nous parcourons ce forum depuis bientot une heure, il nous est arrivé aujourd'hui la meme chose, et nous sommes tres fières de pouvoir ajouter une nouvelle identité de ce cher MARTIN SMITH.
En effet, nous sommes a la recherche d'un appartement sur Brighton en angleterre, et avons trouvé ce matin sur le site anglais GUMTREE une annonce pour un appartement en bord de mer d'un 65m2 deux chambres a 500£ par mois. pour donner un ordre d'idée le loyer d'un deux chambres a brighton est de minimum 800£ sans charges.
Ce cher GARETH COKER nous répond donc ce mail on ne peut plus attendrissant accompagné d'une série de photos qui nous donnent presque les larmes aux yeux tellement la deco est superbe (mon amie me dit en ce moment meme "et si c'est un vrai on est mal", que fais-je?!) :

On est entré en contact avec une personne arnaqueuse qui se nomme Stéphanie Michel et qui soi disant loue un appart à Lyon, qu'elle a eu après le divorse de ses parents!! Elle est actuellement en Angleterre et bien sur elle veut faire profiter des gens sympa!!Pour envoyer les clés de l'appart elle allait passer par l'agence Immoexpress à Londres!!

Cette personne écrit ce texte et change l'adresse de la location son adresse mail ainsi que son nom! Il a à présent retiré l'annonce! NE JAMAIS ENVOYER DE L ARGENT CONTRE UNE CLE AFIN DE VISITER L APPARTEMENT!

On est sur le point de louer un appart en Belgique, offre très alléchante.
Je pense que c'est une escroquerie car on nous donne l'ordre d'aller à la Western Union en passant par un agent de la société de livraison TNT.Cet inconnu, un certain GREG RUSSEL dit devoir rester à Manchester pour cause professionnelle et qu'il ne peut donc pas faire visiter l'appartement lui-meme.
On nous propose de nous envoyer les clefs et on nous donne un délai de 2 jours pour renvoyer les clefs si l'appart ne nous plait pas:

bonsoir je vien de voir se site en faite j'ai parlez avec une personne qui es sencé sapelé michel je ne sais plus quoi et apré j'ai parlé avec son soit disant notaire qui m'as renvoyé vers un comptable a qui je doit envoyé un mandat pour une location d'appartement a lille vauban 115m² toute charges compris y compris edf eau gaz ... j'ai trouvé sa bizard mais je me suis dit autant se lancé on verra bien et aujourd'hui j'ai fait le transfert mais je n'es pas encore donnée le code MTCN et la question secréte demain je vais allez essayez de récupéré mon argent et je vais allez porté plainte pour essayez de le mettre en prison c'est la qu'elle es sa place j'ai un bon logement qui l'attand c'est gratuit en plus

ce monsieur veut absolument ce numero pour verifier qu'il ya bien l'argent transfere blabla.... comme je lui ai dit le recipisse du western union est une preuve suffisante prouvant que l'argent etait bien transfere...pk veut il absolument le numero MTCN, je trouve cela louche, du coup je lui ai demander la photocopie par scan de sa carte d'identité, des demain je vai verifier si c'est une carte est fausse ou usurper....avant de lui donner ce numero...c'est louche je trouve !!! qu'en pensez vous ?

Gardez à l'esprit que tous les noms/prénoms et copies de documents fournis par ces escrocs sont inventés, falsifiés ou usurpés à des personnes totalement étrangères à ces arnaques.
Pour faire la différence, gardez à l'esprit que les usurpateurs sont toujours en déplacements afin de justifier le fait qu'ils ne peuvent pas vous rencontrer et qu'il faut envoyer un mandat international (Western Union ou autre).

j'ai trouvé un appart de diiiingue a woluwé saint lambert (coin chic de bruxelles) 2 chambres sdb garages la totale pour 500eur trop beau pour être vrai!!!! ALORS QU UN APPART PAREIL C MINIMUM 800/900EUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
