Bonjour,
J'ai un soucis : je veux désinstaller Norton, j'ai donc télécharger Norton Removal Tool seulement, ce message apparaitr : "Another instance of SYMNRT or another symantec repair tool is currently running. Please close this application and try to run SymNRT again" . J'ai donc tenté : le redémarrage après suppression de la "norton removal tool", pour la retélécharger ... rien n'y fait. Le message apparait toujours, m'empechant de poursuivre la désinstallation.
