Bonjour,
Depuis peu a l'ouverture de ma session windows la fenetre d'assistant matériel détecté s'ouvre alors que je n'ai rien installé rien ajouté sur mon ordinateur " Cet assistant vous aide a installer le logiciel : Inconnu" voila mon message.
Avant ca j'avais eu un probleme de virus le Fameux VIRUS ALERT que j'ai plus ou moins éradiqué. J'aimerai résoudre le pb de ce matériel sans pilote d'autant plus que mon ordinateur s'éteint parfois tout seul, avec lécran bleu et la fameuse erreur 0x00000001 qui est je pense quand on vient d'installé un nouveau matériel mais que le pilote n'y é pas, ou est défaillant .


J'attend vos réponses avec impatience...

Salut,

- Télécharge SmitfraudFix (de de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31) :
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe ou http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/6-smitfraudfix/

- Enregistre-le sur le bureau

- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée

- Un rapport sera généré, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

[*] process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un risktool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.[*]

** Ne fais l'étape 2 que si on te le demande, on doit d'abord examiner le premier rapport de SmitfraudFix

- Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec :
https://blog.sosordi.net/

- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe, choisis l'option 2 et Entrée

- Réponds O(oui) à ces deux questions si elles te sont posées

Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ?
Corriger le fichier infecté ?

- Un rapport sera généré, sauvegarde-le sur le bureau

- Redémarre en mode normal

- Poste le rapport SmitfraudFix

Mon Rapport est beaucoup trop Gros pour que je vous le colle en entier dans ma réponse dut a une liste de Hosts trés excessive est-ce normal?
Aussi, durant l'étape 2 au moment du nettoyage des registres une fenetre de nettoyage de disque s'est ouverte est-ce normal?

Enfin a part cela mon probleme semble résolu

---> Supprime SmitfraudFix

---> Télécharge HostsXpert sur ton Bureau :
http://www.funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip

---> Décompresse-le (Clic droit >> Extraire ici)

---> Double-clique sur HostsXpert pour le lancer

---> clique sur le bouton "Restore MS Hosts File" puis ferme le programme

PS : Avant de cliquer sur le bouton "Restore MS Hosts File", vérifie que le cadenas en haut à gauche est ouvert sinon tu vas avoir un message d'erreur.

a finalement j'ai toujours le message d'ajout de nouveau matériel toute ces manips ont seulement permis d'éradiquer quelques malwares..

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\

---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"

---> Mets-le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

---> Télécharge clean.zip de Malekal :
http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

---> Dézippe-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier clean.

---> Ouvre le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-clique sur clean.cmd

Une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laisse-la ouverte.

---> Choisis l'option 1 puis patiente

---> Poste le rapport obtenu (situé dans C:\rapport_clean.txt)

Ne passe pas à l'option 2 sans notre avis !

---> Supprime Clean, ComboFix, CFScript et le dossier Qoobox situé dans C:\

---> Relance MBAM, va dans Quarantaine et supprime tout

- Télécharge HijackThis V 2.02 (HijackThis Installer) :
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe

- Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

- Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

- Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse.
