Infectè par trojan zlob que faire ? [Résolu]

Bonjour,
je suis novice en informatique , et je attrapè un virus du nom de trojan zlob.
mon pc et lent et repond mal , de plus sur intenet j'ai pleins de fenetres qu s'ouvert sans que je le demande.
j'ai telecharger ,spyware doctor pour le detruire, mai il revient...
aider mon svp

Commence par m’envoyer un rapport HijackThis, fais ce qui suit :

Télécharge hijackthis sur ton Bureau.

Ferme toutes les autres fenêtres, tous les autres programmes. Pas de connexion Internet.

Double-clique dessus pour lancer l’installation . Accepte la licence qui va apparaître par " I agree" .

Puis clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

Ferme HijackThis et fais un copier-coller du rapport en entier et poste le ici en réponse.

Note : le rapport HijackThis.txt se trouve dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Infection Navipromo , besoin d'un autre rapport :

1) Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs :
(Tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection)

- Vas dans le menu Démarrer puis Panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d’utilisateurs
- Décoche «Utiliser le contrôle d’utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur» et Valide par OK .

Un redémarrage sera nécessaire.

2) Navilog1 d'Il Mafioso option1

Télécharge Navilog1 d’El Mafioso sur ton Bureau :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.

Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus et antispyware résident pour que Navilog1 puisse s'exécuter normalement

Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.

Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton Bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuies sur une touche le bloc note va s'ouvrir.

Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le bloc note
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.

/ !\ Pense à résactiver ton antivirus et antispyware résident avant de te reconnecter sur "la toile". / !\

je viens de faire ce que vous n'avait demander et le rapport et bien sur le bloc note ,
quand je fait copier et que je bascule sur la fenetre du forum ,j'arrive pas a faire de coller!!!!! comment puis je procerdè

bonsoir sioux
dsl pour cette nuit je n'ai, put revenir.mon pc beugè a font et impossible d'aller sur le net
devant un tel problemes et ne pouvant vous envoyer le rapport de navilog.
j'arrivè meme pas a faire de copier coller
je ne suis permis de retournè sur navilog et de selectionner 2 pour la desinfection automatique .
je sais j'aurai peut etre pas du mais j'ai trouver que cette solutions.
mais je n'arrive toujours pas a faire de copiers coller


le bloc note et ouvert, je selection tout puis je fait un clic droit pour ,ensuite clicè sur copier, de la je bascule sur le forum que j'avais laisser ouverts et je fait clique droit et coller et là rien!!!!!
comment faire merci

Tu as bien fait de passer l'option 2.

Essaye avec CTRL A pour tout selectionner, puis CTRL C pour copier et une fois sur le forum CTRL V pour coller

Sinon, je te donne un lien pour m'envoyer le rapport.

Poste aussi un nouveau rapport HijackThis stp.

commence par passer smitfraudfix
Ouvre ce lien (merci a S!RI pour ce programme). http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php
et télécharge SmitfraudFix.exe.

Regarde le tuto
Exécute le en choisissant l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

cela fait 4 jours que j'ai trouvè ce virus ,et je desepere un peut

tout ces rapport me parle pas , eclairè moi un peut plus merci

SmitFraudFix n'a rien trouvé ... Navilog1 non plus : deux coups dans l'eau ;)

Nous avions cela dans ton 1er rapport

F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\Windows\system32\ezShellStart.exe

--> Devrait être pris en charge par MSNFix

Donc :

1) MSNFix.zip de !aur3n7

Télécharge MSNFix.zip de !aur3n7sur ton Bureau :
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
-- Presse une touche pour lancer le nettoyage puis clique sur [Entrée]
-- Si l'infection est détectée, appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
-- Sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton Bureau.
Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

2) Navilog1 option 4

Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus et antispyware résident pour que Navilog1 puisse s'exécuter normalement

Double-clique droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 sur ton Bureau pour le lancer.

Au menu principal, choisis 4 et valide.

Le fix va te demander de saisir le nom de fichier.
Saisies ce qui est en gras ci-dessous et rien d'autre puis valide:

gumkcbq

Le fix va te demander de le ressaisir, fais-le et valide.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport (sur ton Bureau) de manière à le retrouver.
Referme le Bloc-notes. Ton Bureau va réapparaître

PS : Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Cliques en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tapes explorer et valides. Cela te fera apparaître ton Bureau.

/ !\ Pense à ré-activer ton antivirus et antispyware résident avant de te reconnecter sur "la toile". / !\

3) Rapports

--> Poste le rapport de Navilog1 (contenu du fichier navi2.txt) ainsi que le rapport d'MSNFix que tu as sauvegardé sur ton Bureau, et un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

C'est pour !aur3n7, le programmeur d'MSNFix . Merci.

L'outils mentionne C:\Windows\system32\secinit.exe comme suspiscieux
( apparamment sain : http://www.corrupteddatarecovery.com/... )

On va vérifier cela :

1) VIRUS TOTAL

Rends toi sur http://www.virustotal.com/fr/

* Clique sur "parcourir" : C:\Windows\system32\secinit.exe

* Recherche le fichier à analyser, puis clique ensuite sur " Envoyer le fichier".

Si VirusTotal dit que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur Reanalyse le fichier maintenant.

Il faut patienter car tu es sur une file d'attente.
Le rapport ne sera complet que lorsque tu verras la mention "Terminé"sur la droite.

Note : Il est possible que tu es besoin d'avoir accès aux dossiers et fichiers cachés, pour cela "Affiche les dossiers cachés" Aide toi de B ) ici http://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=3902 si besoin.

Re-cache les fichiers et dossiers cachés par la suite pour éviter de faire des bêtises ;)

2) Télécharge

Télécharge OTMoveIt2 de Old_Timer sur ton Bureau. http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe

Double clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
Copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :
Paste standard List of Files/Folders to be moved.

c:\users\famillale fred\appdata\local\gumkcbq.exe
C:\Program Files\EoRezo

Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
Le résultat apparaîtra dans le cadre Results.
Clique sur Exit pour fermer.

Il te sera peut-être demander de faire redémarrer le PC pour achever la suppression.
si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

3) Rapports

Fais redémarrer ton PC puis poste en réponse :

* Le rapport d’OTMoveIt situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles (contenu du fichier C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\********_******.log - les *** sont des chiffres représentant la date et l'heure)
* Un nouveau rapport HijackThis. et le rapport de VirusTotal

Pas vu de suite, j'ai regardé le rapport "à l'arrache", je poste du taff ;) et en cherchant hier, je n'avais pas trouvé ezShellStart.exe dans le changelogs de SmitFraudFix du coup j'ai fait utiliser MSNfix pour faire le travail, je pense qu'à peu de chose près le résultat est le même.

Autant pour moi et merci pour ton intervention.

Le rapport d’OTMoveIt se trouve dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles (contenu du fichier C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\********_******.log - les *** sont des chiffres représentant la date et l'heure)

On continu le ménage :

Afin de suivre la procédure correctement, je te conseille d'enregistrer la page en sélectionnant toutes les lignes puis de copier cette sélection dans un fichier texte sur ton PC pour pouvoir appliquer la procédure correctement.
Il faut exécuter toutes les étapes, sans interruption, dans l'ordre exact indiqué ci-dessous.
Si un élément te paraît obscure, demande des explications avant de commencer la désinfection.

1) Télécharge et installe

-- CCleaner
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds.aspx
Choisis de préférence la version SLIM-No Toolbar.
Installe-le en prenant soin de décocher les diverses options dont la barre Yahoo et la mise à jour.
Lance CCleaner puis Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Pour les autres paramètres, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut.

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK.
S'il ne s'est pas lancé tout seul, double-clique sur l'icône de Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK
Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger.

2) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
(Relance Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware si celui-ci s’est refermé )
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Exécuter un examen complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen
A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection ou supprimer tout
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"
--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau.
Puis ferme Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

3) Suppression de fichiers inutiles avec CCleaner

Lance CCleaner en double-cliquant sur son raccourci sur ton Bureau.
Puis dans le menu Nettoyeur
Clique sur Analyse (laisse travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
Clique sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage.
Clique une seconde fois sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage puis ferme CCleaner.

4) Rapports

Poste en réponse le rapport de Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware</gras> que tu as sauvegardé sur ton Bureau.

voici le seul rapport que j'ai eu de OTMoveIt
dsl j'ai pas du faire la bon manip pour avoir si peut de ligne . et pour ce qui es de malwarebyte.
je suis toujours dessus , mais je l'ai lancer en debut d'apres-m et peut de temps apres avoir selectionnè " supprimer la selection ou supprimer tout" le programme a planter , j'avais malwarebyte "ne repond pas".
et ce depuis 17h donc a 21h j'ai pris l'initiative de totu arretè et de relancer celui si .

j'espere que cela ne me plantera pas tout

ben là j'ai malwarebytes qui etait en court de supprimè la selection , qui au passage et moins important que tout a l'heures au premiers essai 9 infection et la 1 infection .
mais ca me dit que le programme ne repond plus encore une fois et ce depuis plus d'une heures es normal???

Essaie en examen rapide ou sinon, passe MalwareBytes en mode sans échec :

Redémarre en mode sans échec

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionne "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.
