There are 4 files that you will need to make:
bckgrd_1, bckgrd_2, icons, and logo
You will need those 4 to be exactly named as i spelled them.
bckgrd_1 is the picture you see on the top screen while selecting games.
bckgrd_2 is the picture you see on the bottom screen while selecting games.
icons is the picture you see on the bottom screen of the main R4 menu.
logo is the picture you see on the top screen of the main menu.
Use must have photoshop or a image resizing program to make these files.
Photoshop can also convert pictures to .bmp format when you save the picture.
The reason you need to resize the picture is that it will only show on your DS screen if the pictures are 256x192 in size.
The last step after you have your picture files is to copy over a themes file from an already made Theme
