Salut,

Il s'agit là d'un fichier ayant appartenu à un virus/malware; il n'est plus présent car l'infection en cause a probablement été viré partiellement/totalement par un antivirus/antimalware.

Peux-tu poster un log HijackThis?

[EDIT] Par rapport au tuto: Il faudra créer un dossier à la racine de C: (disons HJT) et tu copies dedans le fichier téléchargé (si tu l'as sur ton bureau, comme il est indiqué dans le tuto, il suffira de le déplacer); par la suite, renomme l'exécutable en hjt.exe (ou un autre nom que celui par défaut). Exécuter le fichier renommé et poster le log.

Ces mesures ne sont pas indispensables mais servent à contrer la détection du programme HijackThis par des malwares comme Vundo/Virtumonde.

Oui, le fait de ne pas avoir une réponse sur Google pour un nom de DLL est généralement une indication de dysfonctionnement... Un nom généré aléatoirement par l'infection.

Ok, quelques soucis sont présents. Exemple:

Fais la manip suivante:
1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

4) Installe MBAM à partir du programme téléchargé sur ton bureau

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

Nan, toujours infecté.

Réouvre MBAM et coche les lignes suivantes:
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe

Clique sur le bouton Fix Checked et redémarre ton PC. Reposte par la suite un autre scan HijackThis.

Rien à faire ces deux ligne ne disparaissent pas du scan

OK, on va essayer autre chose. Fais ceci:

Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique sur combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Euh, pas encore parti. Avant d'utiliser ComboFix, essaie également ceci:

0. Boot en Safe Mode (mode sans échec)
1. Cherche dans les services un service appelé "launcher"; si tu le trouves, arrête-le et clic droit/Propriétés ==> mets-le en désactivé
2. Ouvre la fenêtre des process (CTRL+ALT+SUPP); cherche launcher.exe et arrête le process.
3. Réouvre HijackThis, coche les lignes suivantes:

et fais Fix checked. Referme HijackThis.
4. Efface C:\WINDOWS\SMINST\ (il se peut que le dossier soit caché, ainsi que le fichier launcher.exe qui est à son intérieur). Dans ce cas, change les propriétés d'affichage de l'explorateur Windows pour afficher les fichiers cachés, protégés et système.
5. Reboote en mode normal et reposte un log HijackThis.

[EDIT] Et avant de faire tout ceci, aller sur virustotal https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ et analyser le fichier launcher.exe dans le répertoire C:\SMINST. Il y a qqch de similaire avec le soft installé par Hewlett Packard, autant en être sûrs.

OK, launcher.exe semble nasty même s'il est détecté en tant que tel uniquement par deux antivirus. Bon, tu peux faire ce que j'ai dit au post no. 19 ci dessus.

J'ai fait ce que tu m'as indiqué au post 19 mais je n'ai pas trouvé de service ou de process launcher et lorsque j'exécute HijackThis à nouveau certaines des lignes que tu m'as dit de cocher ne sont plus là :

Salut

je prend la suite :

Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique sur combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Maryo, est-ce que ton PC est un HP? Dans ce cas, il est peut-être inutile de s'acharner sur le launcher.exe car il peut être légitime (faisant partie de la restauration HP).

qui est inutile et peut être supprimée sans danger avec un Fix Checked dans Hijack, et le launcher (mais qui appartient probablement à HP) je ne vois rien.

Salut sandul effectivement : launcher.exe est légitime sur un hp

désinstal adobe reader car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

J'ai fait ce que tu m'as dit mais lorsque je veux quitter toolscleaner il me mets un message d'erreur car il n'arrive pas à accéder à la racine de mon disque donc je n'ai pas de rapport.
