Question

Bonjour,
Depuis que mon ordinateur est revenu de réparation avec un anti virus norton, que j'avais avant qu'il expire, je n'arrete pas d'avoir des déconnexions sur internet, je suis chez orange. Il suffit que je redémarre mon ordinateur pour que cela remarche. Et j'ai appelé orange ils m'ont dit que c'est probablement du à l'anti virus qui est trop puissant et qu'il fallait le régler mais je sais pas comment faire.
Pouvez vous m'aider si vous avez une solution.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

HijackThis est un outil capable de traquer les hijackers présents sur votre PC. Ces modifications non sollicitées ont différents effets comme par exemple le détournement de la page d'accueil d'Internet Explorer, l'insertion d'un composant dans la barre du navigateur ou encore le détournement d'adresse IP via le fichier Hosts. Le programme liste les différents endroits où sont susceptibles de se cacher des hijackers et vous permet ainsi de supprimer les entrées suspectes.

Finalement j'ai réussi a sélectionner.
Voila ce que j'ai eu en ouvrant le dossier hijackthis qui était sur le bureau mais il y a eu un message d'erreur en anglais(que j'ai pas compris) et ensuite cela m'a donné le rapport suivant.
j'espere que tu pourras m'aider.

Finalement depuis hier j'ai mis avast (que j'ai pris sur telecharger.com) et pour l'instant j'ai pas eu de déconnexion.
Et comme pare feu j'ai mis celui de windows.
