Please fill the below information.Thanks for your reply and assistance so far, I am glad to tell you that we have concluded payment delegates. However their sponsor is going to send you a certified bank check that will cover the cost of accomodation and the necessary arrangment for the delegates.
Moreover, we also made an arrangement with a pre paid hiring firm who will supply the delegates with cars/flight ticket and a tourism guard they will need during their stay, but due to that the total service charges for my clients was paid on a certified check and other security reasons, we have decided that only one person will have to handle the check.
So since your charges are lower than that of the car hire, once you are in receipt of the Euro 9,000.00 certified bank cheque , you are required to pay it into your account,then deduct the cost of your full service/including dinner Euro 900.00 and send the balance of Euro 8,100.00 via Western Union International Money Transfer to the hiring agent whose information will be forwarded to you once this is confirmed.You will deduct the transfer charges from the money which you will send to the Agency.
