Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jour OUTLOOK refuse de démarrer en me disant qu'il n'a pas été installé pour le présent utilisateur.
Après quelques recherches, j'ai trouvé qu'il était conseillé de faire une mise à jour par l'installation de nouveau programme : sans succès.
J'ai essayé de réparer, de réinstaller, mais à chaque fois le problème persiste : y aurait-il autre chose ?

J'ai scanné avec Asquare, puis spybot .
Enfin j'ai passé Antivir, tout cela en scan détaillé (5h00 au total...)

Les antispy n'ont rien trouvé et voici le rapport d'AntiVir :
