Pb UC 100% régulièrement - rapport hijackthis

Bonjour,
Je suis équipé d4un ordinateur Dell Latitude D830 (Intel Core2 Duo T7300 2.00 Ghz, 2Go de Ram, Carte graphique NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140 M) avec vista Professionnel. Depuis quelques temps, je trouve mon ordinateur ralenti par moment sans en comprendre l'origine (rien de suspect dans le gestionnaire des tâches/processus). A titre d'exemple, je me suis acheté il y a deux semaines Silent Hunter 4 qui demande une configuration bien inférieure à la mienne, pourtant, au bout de quelques minutes de jeu, il rame complètement et l' UC est à 100%. Plus ennuyeux, j'ai besoin d'utiliser Skype quotidiennement, et sur le même principe, en vidéo conférence, au bout de quelques minutes, Skype rame, la vidéo se bloque, le son se répète à l'infini, l'écran est figé. Si je ferme la conversation et que je la relance, tout se remet à ramer immédiatement. Pour en avoir fait l'expèrience, je ne peux pas avoir la vidéo sur Skype allumée et utiliser la moindre autre application (firefox, msn, etc.) sinon rebelote, tout se bloque, UC à 100 %...
En feuilletant les forums, j'ai changé d'antivirus (d'AVG je suis passé à Avira Antivir) et fait une analyse complète du système sans résultat, installé CCleaner (il a supprimé plein de trucs, mais le problème reste le même), Skybot search and destroyed (2 ou 3 troyan qu'il a supprimé, mais pas d'amélioration). J'ai aussi essayé AVG anti-Spyware, il ne voit rien et je viens d'installer Zone alarm que j'avais supprimé en octobre.
Mes petites compétences ont donc atteint leurs limites et je suis à cours d'idée. J'ai vu sur le forum que certains étaient sacrément callés et prenaient un peu de temps temps pour en faire profiter les novices comme moi, je vous serais donc très reconnaissant si vous pouviez me donner un coup de main. Salut fais ceci:

*Désinstalle tous tes logiciel de sécurité sauf spybot. Et installe AntiVir,Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,Ccleaner et active le pare-feu Vista.

bonjour et bienvenu

jamais 2 antivirus desinstalle avg puis fais ca avec antivir:

Réglages pour AntiVir:

*Ouvre "AntiVir" puis clique sur "Configuration" et coche la case "Expert Mode" puis sur l´onglet "Scanner" dans la fenêtre du dessous tu va voir:
*Vas dans l'onglet "Scanner" puis coche "All Files" et en dessous dans l'onglet "Scanner Priority" tu mets "High".
*Puis toujours dans l'onglet "Scanner" dans l'encadrer "Scan proces" coche "Allow stopping the scanner"cela te permettra de faire une pause pendant l' analyse si tu le souhaite.

*Puis toujours dans l'onglet "Scanner" dans l'encadre "Additionnal Setting" coches ces lignes:

*"Scan boot sectors of selected drives"
*"Scan master boot sectors"
*"Scan memory"
*"Search foe rootkit before scan"

Et maintenant décoche:

*"Ignore off line files"

*Puis dans l'onglet "Scanner" vas dans le sous-onglet "Scan" puis "Heurestic" puis coche "Macrovirus Heuristic" puis coche "Win32 flie heuristic" puis sur "High detection level"

*Puis aussi clique sur l'onglet "Guard" puis coche "Scan archive" puis tu décoche les 3 case en dessous puis "Ok"

puis tu lance un scan et supprime les fichiers qu'il a trouver (delete) puis tu me recolle un log hijackthis

Tu fais un scan en mode sans échec avec AntiVir. Tu lances le scan et si il détecte un virus (normalement oui) tu cliques sur "delete" et "apply sélection to all following détections. (pour qu'il le supprimes automatiquement). A la fin du scan tu cliques sur "report" tu redémarre en mode normal puis tu me postes le rapport.

Mode sans Echec:

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

Quelle réactivité !!!! Ca fait plaisir !!
Ma version est en anglais, je n'ai pas de dossier poubelle dans administration mais un dossier quarantine (quarantaine), je suppose que cela doit être ça. J'ai un fichier qui apparait dans ce dossier :

Voila.

1) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.
Regarde ici si besoin : http://pageperso.aol.fr/loraline60/mode_sans_echec.htm

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

2) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

*Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
*Puis vs dans l'onglet "Recherche" puis coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
*A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
*Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
*S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

*--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse.

J'ai beau essayer, rien n'y fait, Bir défender refuse de lancer le scanner. J'ai pourtant suivi le tuto à la lettre : après avoir ouvert sous IE ton lien, être arrivé sur Bit defender en ligne, j'ai accepté la license, installé le .exe qui est demandé, puis à la page suivante j'ai un message d'erreur quand je clique sur "lancer l'analyse', la petite fenêtre de mise à jour se lance mais les deux barres d'avancements sont suremonté de la mention "échec" et le message d'erreur suivant apparait rapidement : "voulez-vous vraiment annuler la mise à jour?", je clique sur non, apparait alors " Bit defender n'a pas pu mettre à jour les définitions des virus. Bien qu'il soit possible de rechercher des virus, le résultat sera probablement imprecis. Voulez-vous commencer l'analyse ?" si je clique sur non, je sors, si je clique sur oui, l'analyse plante.

Que dois-je faire ?

Je tente en attendant un redémarage de l'ordi, on sait jamais...

Sous IE une nouvelle ligne est apparue dans le menu déroulant "outils" : "Uninstall Bit defender Online scanner v8", mais la désinstallation échoue. (j'essayait de désinstaller le module pour le réinstaller...)

J'ai déactivé l'antivirus, essayé un tas de trucs (désativation de skybot, désativation/réactivation du module de déinstallation de bit defender, redémarrage, déplacement et replacement manuel des fichiers qui semblent être nécessaire bit défender, etc. Le but de cre déplacement sur le bureau étant que le site ait l'impression que bit defender n'est pas installé (je ne sais pas comment il le vérifie), me propose alors de l'installer avec comme objectif que cette nouvelle installation écrase l'ancienne. Sauf que cela ne fonctionne pas. Je n'arrive pas à trouver exactement où il est installé et sous quel nom (il n'apparait pas dans la liste de mes programmes, ni dans le gestionnaire des programme (ajout/suppression du panneau de config), et pourtant lorsque j'utilise ton lien, le site de Bitfender est persuadé que Bitfender v8 est bien installé puisqu'il ne m'empêche plus de passer à l'étpe suivante comme lors de la première fois que je l'ai fait). Ce que j'ai réussi à trouver, lorsque je le déplace (dossier BDOSCAN8), me supprime juste le contenu des fenêtres d'erreur lorsque je lance le scan. en le remettant à sa place , je reviens au cas précédent. Ce n'est donc qu'une partie de l'installation.

PS : je ferme bien IE pour terminer la désinstallation de bit dfender comme c'est demandé, rien n'y fait, j'obtiens un message d'erreur me proposant de contacter le support technique de bit Defender.

Défragmenter le disque dur:

*Pour l'exécuter, cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer, sur Tous les programmes, sur Accessoires, Outils systèmes puis sur Défragmenteur de disque.

*cliquez sur le bouton Analyser. Le logiciel examine alors votre disque dur.

*Cliquez sur le bouton Afficher le rapport. (enregistre le et poste le moi stp)

*cliquez sur le bouton Défragmenter.

J'ai lancé l'analyse. Il me dit à la fin : "Les performances de votre système de fichiers sont bonnes, Il n'est pas nécessaire de défragmenter" (j'ai défragmenté mon disque en début de semaine dernière). Il ne me propose pas d'afficher un rapport.

Ok ouvre Ccleaner vas dans l'onglet "Option" puis "Avancé" puis decoches "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures.". Puis vas dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" fais "Analyse" puis "Lancer le nettoyage". Puis vas dans l'onglet "Registre" puis fait "Chercher des erreurs" puis "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnée". Tu refais tous ca 4-5 fois.

et il a avg !! je lui est dit de le désinstaller (avg)

Salut si tu lis bien le log Hijackthis il n'a pas AVG antivirus mais AVG Anti-Spyware.

bon je crois qu'on va arréter de débattre sur le post ;) mieux vaut régler ça en mp :)

sinon bah continué la désinfection de notre ami et pour avg et antivir on verra :)
