I ordered visit cards on 22/09/09.

I had 14 days of delay to receive them.
1) First problem
It's now more than 20 days I'm waiting for
(we are now 15/10/09)
2) Problem
I try to get a password, in order to look
what happens to my order, into your web site.
And the password doesn't arrive to my mailbox.
3) Problem
I really need my visit cards ... next week
for my entreprise.
Solutions
1) A beginning of solution could be that
you send my mail to the appropiate service
2) Next step could be that somebody
of Vista informs me about the real situation
(your cards will arrive in 3 monthes ... or ... or ...)
It's important for the simple reason I don't want
to buy other visit cards, into a shop in Paris ...
IF Vistaprint ... is able to send me the cards
in 1 or 2 weeks.
I am sure ... you can do what's necessary for your customer,
