Bonjour,
j'ai, comme beaucoup de monde, chopé le virus de m**** via msn! j'ai lu les recommandations que vous avez données à ceux qui sont dans mon cas et je les ai appliquées.

télécharge clean virus msn : il va te supprimer tout les virus que tu a chopé sur msn.

merci pour l'info mais je l'ai déjà essayé et il n'a rien détecté! ce virus est pire qu'un chewing-gum, j'espère qu'il est possible de s'en débarrasser!

Je ne connais pas le logiciel msnfix mais ce que je sais, c'est qu'avec cleanvirusmsn ,
il t'enlève tout tes virus d'msn.

son infection est un bon test pour voir l'éfficaciter de cleanvirusmsn

tu télécharge MSNFix.zip sur ton bureau: http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

tu décompresse-le (clic droit << Extraire ici) et double-clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat
tu exécute l'option R et si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N
redemarre le pc.
* Sauvegarde le rapport puis copie/colle-le sur ton message

aprés msnfix

tu Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur run this. bat pour lancer le scrïpt.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum,

tu poste un rapport hijackthis http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 159 hijackthis
= Clic-droit sur Hijackthis
= Extraire ici ( ou extraire sans confirmation ou tout ou unzip)
= clic droit sur Hijackthis ==> renommer ==> écrire : test.exe ( à la place de hijackthis.exe) <== Important
=Double-clic dessus
= Clic Do a system scan and save the log
=coller le rapport

je te conseille comme antivirus plutot antivir

Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.(sur un des 2 liens)

· Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
· Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
· Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
· Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
· Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

si tu ne plus avoir de virus il ne faut ouvrir les e-mails indésirables et il ne faut ouvrir les e-mails des gens que tu ne connais pas.
