Une magnifique bmw de 2006 à seulement 13 000€. Je me dis que c'est une erreur mais j'envoie un mail pour plus d'infos. C'est là que le piège commence à se refermer. La méthode est toujours la même: M. David Brown devant retourner en angleterre, pb car voiture avec conduite à gauche.... Il propose de passer par une compagnie AUTOTRANSFER LTD http://transfer.auto.officelive.com/ avec laquelle il a signé un contrat: je paye 30% de la valeur soit 3900€ puis le reste à la livraison. Voici une copie de son 1er mail :
"Salut, le véhicule est en bon état, n'a aucun dégât technique du tout, aucune éraflure ou bosselures, aucun défaut caché, aucun fumant. C'est amusant et robuste pour conduire(rouler). On passe l'inspection technique et la mise à l'épreuve d'émissions et tamponné aussi. Il a le titre de propriété, purifiée de n'importe quelles obligations ou honoraires et vient avec tous les documents vous devez l'enregistrer. Vous ne devrez pas payer des impôts supplémentaires pour ce (la TVA amendable).( La voiture est le registre(l'enregistreur) en Allemagne et avoir des documents allemands) c'est ma voiture personnelle. J'ai inscrit la voiture sous l'Autoparc donc je peux le vendre plus rapidement, mais c'est ma voiture personnelle.
J'ai travaillé(marché) en Allemagne pendant la 1 dernière année et j'ai acheté la voiture là. Ma société m'a voulu à la maison, si actuellement je suis en Angleterre (le ROYAUME-UNI). J'ai apporté la voiture à la maison avec moi et il est maintenant placé(localisé) à Londres, l'Angleterre.
J'ai décidé qu'il est meilleur de le vendre parce que je Don ` t l'utilise désormais (la roue de gouvernail(le volant) suis sur le côté gauche et cela ' très difficile pour moi pour le conduire), cela ` s une pitié de garder une telle voiture et ne pas l'utiliser. Il est inscrit en Allemagne parce que quand j'ai posté(affiché) la voiture sur www.mobile.de et autohaus, j'ai dû utiliser une adreese allemande. Maintenant j'essaye de le vendre en arrière pour un prix si bas parce que la semaine suivante j'ai un terme de délai pour payer ces impôts (voici au ROYAUME-UNI un grand impôt(taxe) pour des voitures d'exportation) .I a essayé de vendre la voiture au ROYAUME-UNI, mais personne ne veut ` s acheter une voiture de roue de gouvernail(de volant) de côté gauche.
Ma voiture est déjà au "http: // transfer.auto.officelive.com/" à leur representant local .. (j'ai payé à cette société pour faire attention de la transaction). Nous pouvons avoir une affaire si vous êtes vraiment intéressés pour l'acheter.

Le dimanche 10/10/2008 l'annonce n'existait plus mais je l'ai retrouvée au prix de 32000 €!! J'ai laissé un message à ce nouveau vendeur mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai décidé d'envoyer un mail à la société de transport le dimanche soir à 20h qui m'a répondu dans la foulée! Bizarre, très contentieux! Je leur demandais des infos sur ce vendeur et ils m'ont envoyé ce mail afin d'essayer de me rassurer:

Quand on rçoit cela on se dit que c'est peut être vrai. J'appelle directement la compagnie pour demander à payer par chèque de banque et non par western union. Un type a décroché avec un accent de l'est. Il ne parlait pas français. Bizarre car j'avais vu un type des douanes en fRANCE LE JOUR MËME QUI ME DISAIT QUE SES COMPAGNIES devaient obligatoirement avoir des traducteurs puisque compagnies soit disant internationales. Je ldis donc à ce type que je veux des infos sur une transaction en cours et il me dit direct qu'il faut donner l'acompte de 3900 €pour l'auto sans savoir de quelle transaction je parle. Je lui dis qu'il me faut le numéro de chassis de l'auto. Il refuse bien qu'il ait les papiers et me dit qu'ils sont sérieux... J'ajoute que je veux payer par chèque et me dit que c'est seulement par western union et n'arrête pas de me demander quand je vais payer. J'arrête la discussion. J'ai reçu un dernier mail de ce David Brown me disant que j'ai été contacté par la société et me demande ce qu'on fait. Entre temps je lui avais demandé d'autres photos. Il me renvoie des mails sans répondre aux questions qui le dérangent.
Désolé c'est très long comme mail mais c'est très important de vous méfier. J'en ai parlé avec un ami aujourd'hui et on a trouvé tous les sites de plaintes. Les histoires sont toujours les mêmes avec le mêmes excuses. En tous cas le point de départ doit vous faire fuir: une auto à un prix incroyablement trop bas pour que ce soit vrai. Trop de personnes se sont fait avoir et j'ai bien failli avoir le même sort car amoureux des belles autos. Ils sont sur de nombreux sites, alors attention. sur les photo on vois la voiture entouré de deux voiture immatricullé en france alors que l'adresse est en Belgique "Anvers"et le nom Thomas Dench qui q répondue a mon mail la personne ne se trouve pas dans l'annuaire n'y le numéro sur toute la Belgique il éxiste un dentch sa fait très bizzar mais sa donne envie d'allez plus loin

Laisse tomber. Ca sent l'arnaque à plein nez. C'est exactement le même procédé que j'ai rencontré. Si ça peut c'est le même groupe. Ils piquent des annonces existantes pour arnaquer. Ils vont te demander de payer par western union pour être sûr d'être payé e tque tu n'ais aucun recours.
J'espère qu'ils se feront attraper.

il serait préférable :
1°) de copier sur ce forum :
- les emails reçus (en prenant soin d'enlever vos infos personnelles)
- les adresses email utilisées par les escrocs
- ainsi que l'adresse du site sur lequel vous avez trouvé cette annonce (avec si possible, les références de l'annonce)
2°) Signaler l'arnaque sur le site qui vient d'être créer par le ministère de l'intérieur :

3°) Si vous avez perdu de l'argent :
Déposer plainte au commissariat ou à la gendarmerie la plus proche en vous munissant de tous les renseignements en votre possession :

- tout autre renseignement pouvant aider à l'identification de l'escroc)

| 39 armellepub, le 12 mar 2009 à 16:35:20Mais justement moi j'ai mis mon annonce sur autoscout et justement j'avais une alerte comme quoi je devais faire attention à ne pas encoyer d'argent par wetsern union, etc. Au final je n'ai pas du tout eu de problèeme et j'ai vendu ma voiture en 2 jours donc le problème ne s'ets pas posé, mais au moins ils préviennent de faire attention. De toute façon ce sont des pratiques courantes sur tous les sites, moi j'avais entendu parler des fraudes pour la centrale, et là c'est pire parcequ'en plus tu paie pour mettre ton annonce et te faire arnaquer ! |
