pouvez vous me dire pourquoi quand je veux faire une recherche avec msnfix ca me repond accés refusé?

Bonsoir

je pense que ça doit etre lié à vista

essaye ainsi:


Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et place les fichiers dans C:\MSNFix (très important).

clic droit et "executer en tant qu'administrateur"
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

disk not found C:\

please note that you need administrator rights to perform deep scan





le disque non trouvé C:\ notez s'il vous plaît que vous avez besoin des droits d'administrateur d'exécuter profondément le scanner

question : es ce normal que l'editeur soit inconnu ?

as tu un lien de msnfix ?

Ok,

nous allons faire autrement

telecharge ça
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJT­Install.exe
pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
Clic droit sur l'icône de HJT
L'exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

Lance le puis:
Clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
Faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum


Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

ok je vais t'expliqué dés le debut pourquoi je veux verifier le pc, j'ai un collegue ou son pc a pris le virus restarter je crois car il m'a ouvert une fenetre chez moi avec ta tof sur ce sit ! et j'ai cliquée sur le lien naturellement trés curieuse ! hors je n'ai pas reussi a ouvrir le lien mon antivirus et bitdefender et je crois qu'il a pleinement joué son role, de plus mon pc marche impecable mais je veux verifier alors je vous ai lu et j'ai utilisée deux logiciel clean virus msn puis CCleaner sur le pc et RAS puis biensur plusieur scann avec bitdefender et RAS , alors c'etait juste une verife complete et voulais essayer msnfix maintenant tu me propose cela néanmion en ai je vraimment besoin ?

fait moi savoir si je continue la verife ? je reste prés du pc pour ta reponse merci

ben moi j'ai le meme probleme j'ai donc suivi tes indications pour resoudre le probleme d'envoie automatique sur msn.
J'ai donc un rapport effectué avec Hijack this.

Il serait préférable que tu crées ton propre « topik » message personnel. Cela rendra le poste (ici) plus compréhensible, et nous pourrons traiter ton soucis avec plus d’efficacité.

Le programme que je te propose montre s'il y a des anomalies ( ça ne traite pas en soit)

dans ton cas , et aux vues de ce que tu expliques, il y a des chances que tout soit bien, mais si tu veux poster le rapport, je regarderais.

Bonsoir,

J'ai chopé un virus sur msn en cliquant sur un lien... maintenant, mon msn envoie des messages à mes contacts à mon insue, et je suis régulièrement éjectée de ma session.
J'ai installé msn fix pour essayer de supprimer ce virus mais au moment du scan, il me répond "acces refusé".
Je suis allée dans les comptes d'utilisateur et le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs est bien désactivé.

J'ai donc installé HiJackthis et voilà le résultat.
Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider car tout ça c'est du chinois pour moi.

Bonsoir cendrillon il faut que tu suives les conseilles du poste 14 , créer son propre topic si tu veux de l'aide plus efficace et plus rapide .
créer ton propre message dans le forum virus/sécurité, et t'inquiète tu vas trouver de l'aide ici car là oui t'es sur le bon forum ;-)
