Voilà j'ai 21 et avec deux autres amis, nous avons pour projet de partir 9 mois à Londres pour travailler sur place afin d'améliorer notre anglais avant de reprendre la suite de nos études.
Je suis donc à la recherche d'un appartement pour 3 depuis 1 mois et demi maintenant, et j'ai récemment réussi à trouver un appart' sur Ealing à deux pas de la station métro East Acton (zone 2, au nord d'Hammersmith) bref une très bonne localisation, et surtout un loyer de 1000£ absolument tout compris (bills, internet...), Le rêve presque, même si l'appart' est sympa il parait pas trop mal sur les photos de Gumtree...
Je décide de contacter alors le propriétaire qui me répond que c'est ok (extrait du mail):

Suite à cette réponse qui est la seule positive depuis 1 mois et demi, je me précipite pour dire que je suis ok aussi mais que je n'arrivais pas avant le 29 septembre sur Londres (Lundi prochain)
Il me renvoi alors:
"Yes..i am happy for that but jst want you to know that you are not the only person contact me regarding this apartment and for me to hold the apartment for you...you will need deposit down half of the payment and then when you arrive in U.K i will show you the apartment and then you pay me my balance in cash. or else the apartment gone to the person that is ready to offer me cash..waiting to read from you.

I want you to do relax and trust in me that you are dealing with a right person because i won't a situation where by you will into the hands of those stupid internet bastard becaus i also i am scaring of them because i have been dupe of 5000pounds doing the internet trade. that is the reason i am assure to relax and also thank GOd that you did not fall on them .
I will be glad if you can do let's proceed this way,you know the amount is 1300pounds and will and they are alot of people contacting me about this apartment and they are also ready to pay in cash but i always to them that my apartment has been rent out to someone which is you because i seems you as the responsible someone and also consider the stress that you have pass through by finding an apartment before you got mine.
Lastely,for me to know that you are really serious in it, because i don't want a player due to alot of internet player. you will need to send one month deposit of the payment to my lawyer through western Union money transfer and once my lawyer as confirm this the above document will be sent to you through COURIER SERVICE to your home address:

A noter au passage l'oubli de pas mal de lettres même dans la citation de mon prénom... Voyant alors que c'est à un avocat que j'envoyai l'argent et par le biais de Western Union, je me suis dit que ça avais l'aire TRES sérieux, je lui répond alors que je suis toujours partant...
mais notez ici que ça n'est plus la moitié de la caution qui est demandé mais l'intégralité...!
Je reçois alors aujourd'hui ce mail:

Et là surprise il y à une piscine qui apparais dans la location, fabuleux dit donc, toujours naïf, j'essaies de faire le transfert par Western Union, seulement il m'est demandé 1300£ soit 1 642,655€. Me voyant ne pouvant transférer dans l'immédiat que 500€ par jours max et 900€ max par mois (restriction de WU) j'appelle WU, qui me réponde de faire énormément attention au sujet des transfères d'argent aux Royaume Uni notamment pour Londres et encore plus pour un appartement que je n'ai pas réellement vu.
Mon interlocuteur me conseil même de voir les forum parlant de ces arnaques et là je trouve chez tous le monde exactement le même mode opératoire...
Je vous demande alors ce soir, sachant que je suis toujours en contact avec ce type, comment faire exactement pour tenter de le coincer?
Où pourrai-je le dénoncer?
Je vous remercie de votre patience pour lire cet énorme post mais il sert aussi de témoignage pour quiconque serait amener à être à l'avenir ou maintenant dans le même cas.
