Erreur 1920 installation mcafee

Bonjour,
de puis un certain mon anti virus ne fonctionne plus
quand j ai voulu le re-installer j ai une erreur 1920 qui s affiche et je ne plus l installer
avant il marchait tres bien
auriez vous une solution
