erreur restauration systeme vista 0X8007005Résolu/Fermé

J'ai un portable, windows vista premium...

Suite à qques soucis que j'ai eu ces derniers jours sur mon ordi, j'ai voulu voir les dernières dates de restauration pour eventuellement en faire une!

dans l'ordre ce que j'ai fait :

accessoires/outils système/restaration du système et là une fenêtre s'ouvre avec le message suivant:

globalement: la protection du système est désactivé / pour activer la restauration du système ouvrez protection système

je clic sur "ouvrez......" et là un message s'affiche

"La page de propriétés comprte une erreur : 0X8007005 accès refusé!!

Bon, tu as essayé de créer un point de restauration?

sinon, le SP1 de vista sort bientôt, tu pourras l'installer et remettre a jour ton petit (gros) problème...

oui c est lprobleme vista ki en faite n en est po un finalement car c est une secu
fé panneau de conf puis comptes utilisateur  sous ton compte administrateur là tu desactives le controle de compte tu relance ta becane et tu aura acces     je tre conseille qd mme de le reactiver qd tu aura terminer ton operation

La restauration ne ce fait plus, erreur 0x80070005, une personne peut t'elle m'aider a résoudre a probléme.

Bonsoir,
alors voila mes problèmes, j'ai un Hp pavillon dv9000 c'est grâvé sur l'ordinateur portable (sur l'étiquette du magasin il est dit Hp pavillon dv9205 embêtant n'est-ce pas -_-).

Donc suite à des difficultés que j'ai rencontré, je désire remettre mon système vista comme à sa sortie d'usine, mais voilà, que sa ne marche pas (quel chance j'ai wouhouuu je suis trop content de mon achat).
quand je veut créer des disques de réinstallation  un message apparait : 

Impossible de créer les disques
La partition de réinstallation est introuvable.
Quittez le programme Créateur de disque de réinstallation du Pc et contactez le support technique (je les ai contacté...rien)

Après fermeture de ce message un autre apparait :
Recovery manager
Aucune image d'amorçage valide trouvée dans la partition de réinstallation !


alors je me suis dit tant pis pour les CD/DVD je vais tout de suite passer au Gestionnaire de réinstallation
donc je procède de la manière suivante : 
option avancées > réinstallation du système > suivant (la le Pc ferme toutes les application un message fermeture de session et arrêt en cours apparait, le pc redémarre...Mais rien de nouveau tout est PAREIL)

JE ne sait plus quoi faire aidez-moi s'il-vous-plait.

écouté ce probleme ne vien toujour pas de l'antivirus mais de vous car quand vous formatez ou modifié la parti du 2eme disque dur ou il y a les information systeme ect pour faire les resauration du systeme ou autre .....
bah! vous pouvez plus rien faire car c'est même ecri dans une icone quand vous ouvrez le disque dur dans ordinateur.Bref aprés il faut avoir les dossier qui sont dans le disque-dur pour les avoirs faut les prendre dans le cd que windows vous donne avec l'ordinateur quand vous l'achetez.
