j'en appelle à la bonne volonté et super connaissance des cerveaux informaticiens que certains ont la chance d'être !!!
je suis bloquée suite à une mauvais manip, il me semble...je n'ai plus accès à mon pc que par le biais d'une connexion furtive incitant à contacter microsoft pour résoudre le problème ...mais impossible d'ouvrir une session...donc de bosser...mon logiciel m'a demandé de mettre à jour ma clé produit qui, j'insiste : n'est pas piratée !!!

enfin on me dit de faire un copier coller à un certain endroit et en voilà le résultat ::: c'est un vrai défi !! qui saurait lire ???
merci de votre réponse...je suis désespérée, ce mois ci je ne peux vraiment pas renvoyer mon pc chez le doc il y a déjà fait 2 séjours....
