Mon probleme est le suivant: j'ai un pc packard belle et le norton est arrivé à expiration, je ne souhaite pas le renouveller, mais JE N ARRIVE PAS A LE DESINSTALLER, il etait déja installé a l achat du pc.Dans "suppression progromme" iln existe pas, et si non il est insupprimable dans l emplacement ou il se trouve. Le probleme c est un message d'alerte de SYMANTEC toute les 2 min concernant ma potection.J'ai portant installé avast.COMMENT SUPPRIMER NORTON? MERCI D AVANCE POUR VOS CONSEILS
