pages web qui s'ouvre toutes seulesRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour à tous, mon problème est le suivant:
à chaque fois que je me connecte à internet des pages web s'ouvrent toutes seules me disant que mon pc est infecté.

Je lance spybot je supprime les spyware mais rien n'y fait.
J'utilise Ccleaner, Norton 360, Spybot et Ad-aware 2007.

Un autre problème survient, l'explorer qui plante peu de temps après.

Que faire s'il vous plaît? Merci d'avance à toute suggestion.

Lut' 


Désactive l'UAC (contrôle des comptes utilisateurs) 

 Démarrer --> Panneau de Configuration --> Comptes d'utilisateurs -->  Désactiver.

/!\ Pense à le remettre aprés la désinfection /!\

Télécharge Navilog1

et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis l'option 1 

-> Pendant le scan ton anti-virus risque de geuler , ne t'inquiete pas c'est normal ;) 

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***

Puis poste moi le rapport. 

( rapport situé a la racine du disque ->  C:\  )

lance Vundofix.exe
Coche la case Run VundoFix as a task,
Un pop-up va s'ouvrir , repond ok
Il va se refermer et réouvrir au bout d'une minute environ.
Quand il est rouvert, clique sur Scan for Vundo
Quand le scan est terminé, clique sur Remove Vundo
Réponds Yes à la demande de suppression des fichiers.
Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, accepte bien sûr.
Colle le rapport (c:\vundofix.txt) dans ta réponse

Télécharge VirtumondoBegone :

Redémarre en mode sans échec et lance le,
Et poste moi le rapport.

Je n'arrive pas a télécharger virtumondoBegone il est écrit :
 impossible de copier le fichier : accès refusé
Le disque est peut etre plein ou protégé en écriture.

Comment faire s'il te plait?

Aprés , télécharge  OTMoveIt2 ( de Old Timer ) 

Une fois téléchargé double-clique sur OTMoveIt2.exe pour le lancer.

Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée

puis copie les lignes qui se trouvent en dessous


C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddaya.dll 
C:\WINDOWS\system32
nnmlmj.dll 


et colle-les dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :   "Paste Standard List Of Files/Folders to Move."
clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results.
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
2)poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

3)il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression -> Accepte ( si il ne fait pas automatiquement , fait-le toi même )

Ok , Désinstalle-le via ' ajout et suppression de programmes '   ---> Prévient moi si tu n'y arrive pas.

Redémarre si tu ne l'as pas fait.

Fait tout ça et reposte un rapport hijackthis stp.

Lance-le et choisi l'option ' cleanup! '

Télécharge clean : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

Une fois téléchargé et dézippé ( clique droit , extraire tout) , lance clean.cmd ( ou clean ), Choisi l'option 1 et poste moi le rapport.(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

Merci de renommer le fichier ' Hijackthis.exe (situé dans le dossier dans C:\ ) en HJT.exe

Tant que j'y suit , télécharge un pare-feu ici , lit bien tout l'article pour éviter les surprises.

Relance clean --> Option 2

-> Poste le rapport.

Une fois que Hijackthis est renommé et le pare-feu téléchargé , refait un rapport  HJT et poste le moi.

je fais sa mais j'ai norton 360 avec son pare feux intégré. Les 2 pare feux risquent de rentrer en conflit, non?

J'ai oublié de te préciser , Norton c'est pas une référence :/ 

Si tu peux désactiver celui de Norton fait-le et prend ZA.

Sinon je pense pas vraiment que cela va interférer...

Il y en a un qui résiste apparemment :/

Télécharge http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe 



Redémarre en https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/113-demarrer-windows-10-en-mode-sans-echec/ , lance Killbox ( icône croix rouge )
Puis fait un copier les lignes en dessous




C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddaya.dll




Et colles-les dans ' full path of file to delecte '  > active l'option ' delecte on reboot ' ; à ce moment les boutons "Single File" et "All Files" deviennent actifs ( mais "Single File" est activé par défaut = il clignote ) Choisi ' ALL FILES '.
Clique sur ' file ' ( en haut )  > ' Past from clip board '
Puis clique sur la croix blanche sur fond rouge = ' Delecte files '
Killbox demande redémarrer ( ' File(s) will be removed on reboot .... )  > Répond OUI.

Note: Il est possible que Killbox ne rédemarre pas tout seul le pc ou qu'un message d'erreur apparaisse ( ' PendingFileRename etc..) > Redémarre manuellement dans ce cas.


Une fois le pc redémarré , supprime le dossier \!Killbox situé dans ' C:\ '

Puis , cela fait , poste moi le rapport de Killbox =  Combine la touche ' Windows+R ' ( cela reviens à executer )  et dans le cadre copie/colle '  notepad %SystemDrive%\!KillBox\Logs\kb.log  =)

J'ai fait la manip, le fichier est effacé mais je n'arrive pas à avoir le rapport il est écrit : le chemin spécifié est introuvable.

Bon rien de suspect dans le log Combo ^^

On fini ,

Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

# Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
# Clique sur .Recherche
# puis sur Suppression quand la liste est trouvée.
# Note : ton bureau RISQUE de disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

Pour ce qui est de Search Setting, non je ne sais pas ce que c'est.

Sinon encore merci pour ton aide Cyrildu17, le pc ne rame plus et je dois dire qu'il tourne un peu mieux qu'avant!
Je vais quand même lancer Spybot par acquis de conscience et envisager de changer d'antivirus.
