I can't speak french, sorry.
I use Colorado 9600 USB under Windows XP and even under Windows Vista.
You have to download the driver executable installer for windows 2000, then DON'T RUN THE EXECUTABLE AT ALL, just open it with WINRAR and extract the files&folders.
Then enter the folder OT1Drivers\OS, rightclick on the file Scan_ENG.inf and then click "Install".
Files are copied into TWAIN32 folder.
Connect USB and follow the instructions (probably windows will ask you the path of some files for the scanner device... You find them all in the data you extracted from the executable installer, just browse a little bit.
If ok, you can find the scanner in the hardware connected to your PC under scanner and cameras group.
Then open any photo editing program and look for the image acquisition command (for e.g. in photoshop you can use file -> import). Chose the flatbed scanner as the input source.
