Help, svp! virus et autre saleté

Bonjour,
hier bitdefender après un scan me dit que ces 4 menaces ( backdoor.skinymes.agentA ; trojan.dialer.instantaccess.B ; adware.mywebsearch.DW ; adware.navipromo.BC ) ne peuvent ni être supprimés, ni mit en quarantaine. que doit je faire svp? ci joint le rapport hijackthis
