Impossible d'installer un antivirus??..virus?

Bonjour,
Voici 3 jours que je galere avec Norton.
Impossible de le lancer et il bloquait tous les logiciels.
J'ai donc reussi a le desinstaller completement et voulu installer avast plus zonealarm. Mais la encore, impossible de lancer avast. Une fois l'installation terminé, rien ne se lance et lorsqu'on le lance par le menu demarrer, un message d'erreur survient; "avast,......,n'est pas un systeme win32 valide."
Avez vous un conseil, de l'aide...

L'ennemi est toujours là.

A/ Imprime ceci.
B/ Redémarre en mode sans échec. Pour cela, tapote sur F5 ou F8 au démarrage. Choisis le mode sans échec ave cprise en charge réseau.
C/ 1. Télécharger The Avenger par Swandog46 sur votre Bureau.

· Click sur Avenger.zip pour ouvrir le fichier
· Extraire avenger.exe sur votre bureau

2. Copier tout le texte de la boîte ci-dessous : mettre en surbrillance et appuyer sur les touches(Ctrl+C):

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WINTEMS.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\BAN_LIST.TXT
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\SROSA.SYS

C:\Program Files\eMule\Incoming\DRIVECLONE PRO 3.05.ZIP

3. Maintenant, lancer The Avenger en cliquant sur son icône du bureau.
· Sous "Script file to execute" choisir "Input Script Manually".
· Puis cliquer sur l'icône en forme de loupe qui va ouvrir une nouvelle fenêtre "View/edit script"
· Dans cette fenêtre, coller le texte précedemment copié sur le bureau par les touches (Ctrl+V).
· Cliquer Done
· ensuite cliquer sur l'icône en forme de Feu Vert pour démarrer l'exécution du script
· Répondre "Yes" deux fois quand demandé.
4. The Avenger va automatiquement faire ce qui suit:
· Il va Re-démarrer le système. ( Dans les cas où le script contient un/des "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger re-démarrera votre système 2 fois.)
· Pendant le re-démarrage, il apparaitra brièvement une fenêtre de commande de windows noire sur votre bureau, ceci est NORMAL.
· Après le re-démarrage, il crée un fichier log qui s'ouvrira, faisant apparaitre les actions exécutées par The Avenger. Ce fichier log se trouve ici : C:\avenger.txt
· The Avenger aura également sauvegardé tous les fichiers, etc., que vous lui avez demandé de supprimer, les aura compactés (zipped) et tranféré l'archive zip ici C:\avenger\backup.zip.
5. Pour finir copier/coller le contenu du ficher c:\avenger.txt dans votre réponse avec un nouveau log HijackThis en utilisant REPONDRE

je veux bien essaye cela mais j'ai deja essaye de redemarrer en mode sans echec (classic, il est vrai) sans succes. l'ordi reboot tout seul apres avoir fait apparaitre une fraction de seconde un ecran bleu avec des codes et le mot virus.........

j'essaye tout de meme je vous redit.

Edite ensuite le rapport.

merci du reconfort Spider mais pour tout te dire jai des donnees pros et des logiciels pro qui me demanderont peut etre plus de tant de mise a jour et reinstallation. Alors, ... on essaye, mais j'ai bien peur que tu finisse par avoir raisons. j'avais jamais vu un virus aussi chaint!!

Si je vous retrouve le fichier que je crois etre infecté, ca vous interressse?

si tu as des données vraiment super importantes tu peux retirer le disque dur et réinstaller le système sur un nouveau disque dur, tu gardes l'autre au cas où tu aurais besoin de récupérer des fichiers.

Attention à avoir un bon antivirus à jour avant de rebrancher l'ancien disque. :)


C'est juste une suggestion...

Bonjour,

Ne formate pas. On va l'avoir. J'ai encore plusieurs moyens d'y parvenir.

1.Reprends le téléchargement d'Avenger à partir d'un autre post, ou télécharge Avenger à partir d'Internet explorer et modifie le nom de l'archive Avenger.zip en autre.zip
De la même manière, le fichier extrait doit s'appeler autrement (autre.exe au lieu de Avenger.exe).

2. Copier tout le texte de la boîte ci-dessous : mettre en surbrillance et appuyer sur les touches(Ctrl+C):

A/ * Télécharge IceSword sur ton Bureau : http://202.38.64.10/%7Ejfpan/download/IceSword120_en.zip
* Fais un clic droit sur cette archive et choisis "Extraire ici".
* Double clique sur ce dossier, puis sur IceSword.exe afin de lancer l'outil.
* Agrandis la fenêtre de l'outil en plein écran, en cliquant sur le petit carré (au haut, à droite).
* A gauche, au bas, tu dois cliquer sur le bouton File ;
o Tu peux agrandir le volet de gauche, afin de mieux visualiser son contenu (clique sur la ligne qui sépare les deux volets, maintiens le bouton gauche enfoncé puis déplace la ligne vers la droite).
o Par l'arborescence fournie, retrouve ce fichier :

C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\SROSA.sys
Fais un clic droit dessus et clique Delete.
Fais la même chose avec ces fichiers :

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WINTEMS.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\BAN_LIST.TXT
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\SROSA.SYS
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\HLDRRR.EXE
C:\Program Files\eMule\Incoming\DRIVECLONE PRO 3.05.ZIP

* A gauche, vers le haut maintenant, clique sur le bouton Registry (juste sous Functions) ;
o Par l'arborescence fournie, retrouve cette clé :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SROSA

o Dans la fenêtre de gauche, fais un clic droit sur le petit dossier nommé SROSA et clique Delete

B/ 1. Télécharger The Avenger par Swandog46 sur votre Bureau.

· Click sur Avenger.zip pour ouvrir le fichier
· Extraire avenger.exe sur votre bureau

2. Copier tout le texte de la boîte ci-dessous : mettre en surbrillance et appuyer sur les touches(Ctrl+C):


Drivers to unload:
SROSA

Files to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WINTEMS.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\BAN_LIST.TXT
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\SROSA.SYS
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\HLDRRR.EXE
C:\Program Files\eMule\Incoming\DRIVECLONE PRO 3.05.ZIP

Folders to delete:
c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\down


Note: Le code ci-dessus a été intentionnellement rédigé pour CET utilisateur.
si vous n'êtes pas CET utilisateur, NE PAS appliquer ces directives : elles pourraient endommager votre système.

3. Maintenant, lancer The Avenger en cliquant sur son icône du bureau.
· Sous "Script file to execute" choisir "Input Script Manually".
· Puis cliquer sur l'icône en forme de loupe qui va ouvrir une nouvelle fenêtre "View/edit script"
· Dans cette fenêtre, coller le texte précedemment copié sur le bureau par les touches (Ctrl+V).
· Cliquer Done
· ensuite cliquer sur l'icône en forme de Feu Vert pour démarrer l'exécution du script
· Répondre "Yes" deux fois quand demandé.
4. The Avenger va automatiquement faire ce qui suit:
· Il va Re-démarrer le système. ( Dans les cas où le script contient un/des "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger re-démarrera votre système 2 fois.)
· Pendant le re-démarrage, il apparaitra brièvement une fenêtre de commande de windows noire sur votre bureau, ceci est NORMAL.
· Après le re-démarrage, il crée un fichier log qui s'ouvrira, faisant apparaitre les actions exécutées par The Avenger. Ce fichier log se trouve ici : C:\avenger.txt
· The Avenger aura également sauvegardé tous les fichiers, etc., que vous lui avez demandé de supprimer, les aura compactés (zipped) et tranféré l'archive zip ici C:\avenger\backup.zip.
5. Pour finir copier/coller le contenu du ficher c:\avenger.txt dans votre réponse avec un nouveau log HijackThis en utilisant REPONDRE

C/ Edite le rapport Avenger et un rapport Hijackthis.

JE SUIS vraiment desole mais IceSword.exe n'est toujours pas une application win32 valide.
c'est decourageant...
ce Sys32 non valide ne peut pas etre une entree de la base de registre que aurait disparue??
