Question

Bonjour,
Hello et merci pour l'attention portée à mon message.
J'ai été infectée par system doctor et AVG antispyware l'a détecté et logiquement l'a supprimé (?). Cependant mon pc rame et je viens de trouver un fichier system doctor dans 'poste de travail - disque C - programmes - common files'  que je viens de supprimer. Depuis des semaines je fais des scans à gogo avec spyware doctor (version payante), AVG anti spyware, ad-aware et avast anti virus et ils ne trouvent jamais rien à part des cookies.J'ai meme lancé hijack this mais rien trouvé ... Comment savoir si mon PC n'a plus aucune trace de ce fichu system doctor ? et pourquoi est il lent alors qu'à priori il est clean... MERCI , je n'y comprends rien !!!

Bonjour,

Clique sur ce lien 
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe 
pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.  

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là : 
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Exécute le en choisissant l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

SmitfraudFix ne va pas fonctionner (Vista).

ne fais que Hijackthis.

c'est bien cela que je voulais.

1) Double clique sur Hijackthis, choisis Open the misc tool section puis Open uninstall managerpuis save list.

Clique sur enregistrer (mais retient bien le nom et le répertoire où va être sauvegardé le fichier).

Ouvre le fichier avec le bloc notes et copie le dans ta réponse.

2) As tu des pubs qui s'affichent ?

vide ta quarantaine.

Tu sembles ne pas avoir de parefeu contrôlant les connexions sortantes, ce qui est un risque de sécurité.

Il faut que tu désactives le parefeu de Windows (panneau de configuration, parefeu de Windows) après le téléchargement et avant l'installation (déconnecte toi du Net à ce moment là).

2) Relance HijackThis.

Choisis Do a scan only

Coche la case devant les lignes suivantes 

O2 - BHO: EoRezoBHO - {64F56FC1-1272-44CD-BA6E-39723696E350} - (no file)

Ferme toutes les fenêtres (hormis HijackThis), y compris ton navigateur.

Clique sur fix checked.

Ferme Hijackthis.

3) Trouve le nom exact de %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe (rechercher SMINST/launcher.exe)

Ensuite :

Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier :  le_nom_exact_trouvé_pour_%WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe 
Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Pour hijack this c'est fait, pas de problème. Par contre le 3) je ne comprends pas ce que je dois faire. Où est ce que je dois rechercher SMINST/launcher.exe ? dans "recherche" de mon PC ? Je ne trouve rien ... Merci de m'aider (encore une fois ! désolée ).

Le fichier est sain.

Quand tu as installé un parefeu, tu remets un log Hijackthis.

bonsoir,
J'ai installé zone alarm comme pare-feu et désactivé Windows firewall. Mais il me dit que pour lui il n'y a pas d'anti virus activé sur mon PC. Est ce simplement qu'il ne le reconnait pas ? De toute facçon je souhaiterais désinstaller avast et mettre antivir à la place. Est ce une bonne idée ? et surtout est ce nécessaire de supprimer les vrus en quarantaine d'avast si je dois le désinstaller ?

remplacer avast par antivir est une très bonne idée;

Tu n'as pas besoin de vider la quarantaine d'avast avant. La quarantaine, c'est un répertoire. Iil va être supprimé avec le reste de avast

Donc je dois télécharger antivir et l'enregistrer(pas l'éxécuter). Ensuite je désinstalle avast et après je peux installer antivir c'est bien comme ça que je dois faire  ? je pense que je vais également choisir firefox au lieu de internet explorer. 1) Relance HijackThis.

Choisis Do a scan only

Coche la case devant les lignes suivantes

Ferme toutes les fenêtres (hormis HijackThis), y compris ton navigateur.

Clique sur fix checked.

Ferme Hijackthis.

Pas d'autre souci dans le log.

2) Toujours pas de parefeu. Cest important.

3) Oui, tu fais comme ça.

4) Tu gardes IE (pour les MAJ Windows), mais tu ne t'en sers pas pour surfer.

Il ya quelquechose que je ne comprends pas . Quand je t'ai envoyé le dernier hijack this j'avais pourtant déjà installé le pare-feu zone alarm et j'avais déjà fixé la ligne 02 BHO Eorezo...Je ne comprends rien. J'ai du  me tromper.
Pour ce qui est de firefox j'ai un souci car sur mon blog (skyrock.com) les vidéos ne s'affichent pas. On me dit qu'il manque des plug-ins et quand je veux les ajouter cela me dit "erreur" donc je surfe toujours avec Internet Explorer.

OK, tu nous mettra un log Hijackthis quand tu auras fini la maneuvre avast antivir que l'on vérifie.

Re bonsoir,
J'ai parfois des pages qui s'ouvrent sans que je les aie demandées je crois,  et puis j'ai aussi des mails de Eorezo. Et de temps en temps une pub qui se met en plein milieu mais c'est  léger et ce doit être normal je pense. Le pc est toujours un peu lent mais ça va. Merci beaucoup.
